Smartline Sunpark Beach in Alanya

Excellent hotel, great location, really good food and very friendly helpful staff.

+ Really happy with our room and how clean & tidy housekeeping kept it

+ Breakfast was functional and a reasonable selection of options for most people (special shout-out for the pancake guy, who happily made pancakes, omelettes, or fried eggs to order and was always very cheerful)

+ The gym was decent which helped on days the weather wasn't as good

+ Location was great (right on the beach)

- Being asked to swap beach towels between 6pm-7pm each day and one staff member being a bit snippy because we asked for fresh towels outside that 1 hour window of opportunity 🙄 The whole point of being on holiday is to not have timetables and restrictions

- Why bother having a notice to say reserving sunbeds is forbidden, if you've no intention of carrying out what you promise, i.e. removing the towels?

- The noise at night from the music playing at the next door hotel was ridiculous, as was the actual music. It wouldn't be a problem if the rooms had any form of soundproofing, but clearly not

Overall though, I'd highly recommend Sunprime. B & B suited our needs, allowing us to eat out for lunch or dinner if we wanted.

Beautiful modern hotel with walkway under the roadway to the beach. Stayed here full board . The variety and choice of food is incredible. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean . Staff very helpful and friendly , but not intrusive . Will definitely come back here for another holiday.

Hotel was great, the rooms are spacious and very clean.
Typical buffet standard breakfast was of high standard but hit and miss if you get up late.
Hotel is right on a private beach which is great with free beds. And NO KIDS!! Thumbs up!
The waiter Ali is great and will get your drinks (we were B&B only)
You can pay extra to eat lunch and dinner in hotel.
They have 2 pools which are quiet as they don’t get much sun due to the buildings - the beach is a much better choice.
Couple of nights was live music.
Guessing it was the time of year, but nightlife bit non existent in the bars locally, with all music off by midnight or further into town near the port it’s 1am. They then have silent discos which is weird.
All in all a great stay, and would deffo recommend this hotel. Staff are great and all very polite.
just a shame the transfer can be up to 3 hours from Antalya airport.
On arrival we got a private taxi that took nearly 2 hours as they stop for a break! but can cost anything up to £100. Would advise pre booking for cheaper.

Im a bit late posting this review but better late than never . I stayed at Sunprime Alanya beach hotel on 10th of September for 7 days & it was amazing from start to finish . I had the all inclusive option as i was a solo traveller . The hotel was fabulous . The room was really nice , cleaned regularly with a nice balcony that had a good view of the street & a bit of the beach . They have their own bit of beach connected to the hotel that had sunloungers & parasols . Also the beach guys were so attentive to me fetching water , drinks & food when wanted . The food in the restaurant was of good quality & a great variety with fresh fruit & healthy options too .All the staff were so friendly & helpful & all so very lovely . I arrived in the early hours of the morning & i was met & escorted into the hotel & once i had booked in escorted to my room .Because i was hungry one of the guys went & got me a kebab as the restaurant was closed . There are two pools at the hotel but i didn't use them as i prefered the beach but they were spotless with sunloungers too . There was the option to use the massive pool in the sister hotel but as i stated i prefered the beach but that pool did look inviting . I would like to thank Mert the manager who was amazing . Nurican ,Murat ,Gòktuģ, Irem , Dilruba & Riza who worked in reception .
The guys in the restaurant Sena , Hùseyin, Safiye , Hamza & Uģur who worked so very hard looking after me at meal times . A special thanks to Ali & Ekrem from the beach . And the guys in the kitchen who produced the most delicious food at all the meal times & snacks Irem ,Òner ,Mehmet Ali , Gomze , Ahmet Sef , Mehmet & Yumus . Thank you also to Mr Mehmet from the Turkish bath & the adorable Annie who gave me a lovely massage & scrub .
Last but not least thank you to the lovely cleaning ladies who kept my room nice & clean & who made all the sweet towel sculptures everyday .
You all made my stay so wonderfull
