We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

The hotel is right by the sea, with a private beach and clear, warm water – perfect for swimming and relaxing. Offers all meals, snacks, drinks, and even some cocktails – great value for the price

A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

Pool - pools were big and sunbeds where plenty but the pool was unbearable cold that no one was in them

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

I was drinking water and ayran during the whole time. The juice is all like squash, which is literally sweet water. The animation team was really friendly, and we enjoyed all the entertainment

Unfortunately, my partners air pods were taken from our sun lounger whilst we were in the pool and Anastasia, The Manager Ali and Eylul were going above and beyond to help and support our concerns for this

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

There was also a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The entertainment team did a fantastic job – the animations and activities were fun and well-organized

A true gem! The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness was clearly a top priority. Everyone here was warm and welcoming, which really made the atmosphere enjoyable

The slides at the pool were good too, although there’s still some room for improvement. The beach was nice and a great spot to relax. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience – I would definitely come back!

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to the center of Alanya, the atmosphere in the hotel is good, the service is nice, there are no language barriers - I had the pleasure of being in a Mexican restaurant, thanks to Yvcel Drhan for being professional and serving delicious dishes, they looked great

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The food selection was incredible – there was a wide variety to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious

Firstly, the facilities were fantastic! The kids (and adults) loved the slides and were kept amused from dawn until dusk. Pools were warm; well managed and well kept

Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy and there were always beds available. Of course there was your morning sunbed wars but you have to expect this wherever you go. We even noticed lots of spaces available

There was a ‘poo’ incident in one of the pools on one of the days and the staff were quick to act and opened the pool as quickly as they could

Lunch around pool and beach area was the same every day with one dish changed. Drinks not the greatest either really, alcohol was pretty basic

Secondly, Husky and Azat from the entertainment team were one of our highlights. Two wonderful, happy and friendly guys who my children came to adore and would seek out. They made us all feel so welcomed and valuable

The Turkish spa experience was one to remember. My little one loved the playground. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to stay in kids club but this seemed well run

Good value for the price I think. There are 3 pools, kids slides. Not too noisy, but also not very quite as the hotel is in the city. The best impression I had was spa and Turkish bath

Buffet - you will find something for everyone, a lot of choices whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they also have a snack bar by the pool where you can order food if you get hungry in-between buffet opening hours

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds

Atmosphere is good, nice friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities in the evening and day time. Good food, big choice of food. Area is not big but clean and cosy as also rooms are clean and cosy

Pools were clean and plenty pools for everyone to enjoy. 30 Also you would get a call from a tourist guide offering to come see you and then he will advertise activities and days out

On the warm Mediterranean sea 2 minutes walking , with multiple pools for elders and childrens , and all the equipment for kids

The downside is that they do not explain anything and you just figure out yourself. Our rooms were cleaned daily!!towels where also changed and bottles of water,drinks where stored in the fridge in our rooms

My husband booked this hotel and I was a little scared after reading the reviews. Honestly don’t believe the reviews and be put of,people have their own opinions or it could be to put the resort down

Do not book with him as they charge twice the money. Book your days out from the outside stalls they charge a lot less. If you don’t like somthing just complain they will change it for you

30 they have burgers,chips,pizzas,wraps,spaghetti,shawarma for those who do not prefer Turkish cuisine,also unlimited drinks,coffees,tea and hot chocolate throughout the day

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

Always got served cold refreshments at the beach bar, which cannot be said about all the hotels in Alanya, all in all a great experience

Similarly, the cocktail options were limited and not very varied, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more extensive drink selection. Also the spa lady was overly insistent in trying to sell her services to us

Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian

The food is amazing! They have a nice and big pool, the staff from the restaurant are really good organized and cleaning fast! Everything you need is close by, so you don’t have to walk far to get to the pool, restaurant, or the beach. The rooms were cleaned regularly and always looked fresh

We stayed here on an all-inclusive package for 720 EUR per person; the rooms were simple, but a huge advantage was the quite comfortable pool

Please be respectful to their habits, make sure you add a little more hygienic habits to your routine (especially on public places like pool) and always smile

There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room

also next to the swimming pool there is a booth were you can get fries and hamburgers, and also a patisserie for cookies and ice-cream, and another booth for Gözleme (traditional baked flat bread with filling)

Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter

There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road

Animations were good also : mini disco for kids at 20:15 and shows at 21:15 : magician, Turkish night, party, live music, Mexican dance, bingo

There is also a small Bazar about 200 meters away from the underpass where you can buy some souvenirs and it makes a good little evening walk

Lovely hotel and lovely resort. Shame the food wasn't particularly good and the manner of service in the restaurant was something we've never had before. The hotel allowed the guests to put towels on sunbeds at 5

Well after booking we read the reviews and we're a bit worried. We are here now and all I can say is people moan about anything. It's a nice hotel good rooms lots of space

Staff do speak very good English and are very friendly. The food is plentiful and if there is nothing there you like then there's something wrong with you, I'm a picky eater and there was always something I could eat

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

*Pool/Services* The pool was cool and a good size, some of it is permanently in the shade which is good for the heat. The sun-bed situation wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen but a choosy

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

This was the same in the evenings. The cocktail selection quite limited - beer and wine were ok for an all inclusive. Spirits weren’t too bad - obviously watered down but not too much

Good afternoon! Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The food wasn't very varied, but it was good quality. There were no fruits or berries at all (only apples and pears). Good quality drinks in the lobby bar

The massage was excellent, and I definitely don’t regret going for it. The entertainment team member responsible for darts and archery was also very friendly and funny. I really enjoyed all of his activities

The food is not very delicious and it’s easy to get poisoned, I heard that kitchen stuff do that on purpose and they give unfresh food, the personel don’t understand English they only can talk in Turkish and a little Russian

Negative point: there was a young boy at the bar the whole time with his phone in his hand. Was unfriendly and not hospitable. Found it uncomfortable to be approached by a man for a massage in the Hamam

Sun beds are a nightmare to get (all gone by 7am!) The staff were friendly & helpful. Eren & Metin are fantastic by the poolside with ‘Step’ aerobics, auqa aerobics, games, darts etc

Room was well maintained and bright and fresh. All the staff were very proffesional and had a really nice spa and hamam.

We have tried both spending entire weeks there, as well as vacations like this one where we combined a stay at Krizantem with visits to places such as Cappadocia, Kiz Kalesi, and Istanbul

The location was also perfect, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and explore the area without any difficulty. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment

Nice on the surface, but mostly just a facade. At first glance, the hotel looks great – the location is excellent, we had a lovely view from the balcony, and areas like the pool and lobby are well maintained

For example, under the bed in our room clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and dirty dishes sat in the hallway for at least two days. The hallways felt neglected, even though the pool area was spotless

💧 Regarding the All Inclusive – I expected better. Water dispensers were often empty, and the juice machines frequently only poured water

The price performance of the hotel was good. The beach, which is independent of the hotel, is known as Alanya beach, which is rocky.

Room was comfortable with a southerly aspect and gorgeous sea view, although the neighbours were sometimes noisy at night. Basically, you get what you pay for and in that respect the Sultan should not disappoint

I tried several times to order a different beer than the standard All Inclusive one, explained it in different ways, and still got the same drink with a smile and a nod, as if they didn’t understand at all

However, you should really try the Turkish pizza at the snack/pool bar! Overall we had a good stay but the food and some of the staff could be better

coming to Alanya almost 20 years. Friend of ours from Germany Heinz is coming to this hotel for many many years and because he was friends with staff and management we went there to eat on invitation last autumn

We booked all inclusive and the food was really amazing! The hotel offers also free transfers to and from the private beach that belongs to the hotel (Cleopatra beach nr6), you have a sunbed with matrass and parasol included and in your hotel room you'll also find XXL beach towels, what more can you wish for

The bartender Sedat is very cool, the swimming pool is very entertaining, the food is ok

There is also a Turkish bath and massage salon. We booked 4 massages for each of the 3 of us with Akin. Abdil Took care of me and my son Sam and he's is very good and very fast finds were you need the massage the most

All the staff always had a smile on their face which for one thing I wouldn't be able to pull off. There was fresh pide served straight from the pizza oven on one of the days and so much fresh salad to choose from

We visited Turkey for the first time and we are absolutely delighted! The food at the hotel is delicious, and there is a wonderful chef who comes out to speak with the guests, gives advice on what to eat and how to combine dishes, and speak about the food – such a lovely touch
