Heritage by Cimen Hotel in Alanya

The hotel is quite new and recently renovated, with around 50–60 rooms. We stayed in a sea view room, which was comfortable for two people and had everything we needed, including a small fridge, kettle, and air conditioning.

Breakfast had a reasonable selection, though not very much, and especially limited for children. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful — I booked excursions and a car rental through them without any problems.

The location is excellent: just a two-minute walk to the beach with free sunbeds and towels, and about 15–20 minutes to the center of Alanya. There are also many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby.

The hotel has a small swimming pool, which was still fine for swimming, and my child enjoyed it a lot. The only downside is that it closes unusually early, at 7 p.m.

Some minor issues could be noticed, like peeling paint or a few sockets not working, but overall the hotel offers very good value for money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for affordable accommodation close to both the sea and the city center.

Best hotel even to stay and enjoy the sea, i had room with sea view and with balcony and it was incredible. Also cleaning everyday. Breakfast on the mornings is healthy and nice and most importantly, private beach in front of the hotel ❤️i had a great holiday I think i will come back here again. 🫠

Service is first class, understanding and flexible. We stayed for a couple of weeks during August.

We had a small 2 person room, which was a bit small with our large luggage, however it was adequate as we didn’t intend to habitate the room 24/7.

Cleaning service was very good. We used the laundry service a couple of times. Laundry service was otherwise good, however we had some lost, but luckily they were found again.

There was some noise from the next door diner at later hours, if you wish to have an earlier lie down. Also the doors seem to be quite noisy, for which I hope the owner will attend to soon.

Breakfast was adequate, with a some minor change daily. It would help to have some informational descriptions of the provided offerings & allergenics.

Location is good. They have their own beach and their own á la carte restaurant. Prices can be a little more than usual, but the restaurant delivered several times! There’s a taxi call button just outside and ATMs are near as well. Taxi drive to, for example Teleferik was about 4 € / 200 TYR.

The hotel is in a great location in Alanya. The receptionists are excellent. Always helpful no matter the situation. Their free beach is just across the road and has everything you need for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing. The breakfast was decent.

The only downside is that if your room faces the beautiful view, you’ll also have to deal with noise from a very busy road. The balcony blocks most of the noise, but if you’re sensitive to it, this place might not be for you.

A cozy, small and homely hotel in the center of Alanya with a private beach. Before the trip, we read reviews from last year and were afraid, there were a lot of negative things.

But you can't focus on them. Because at the end of 2024 the hotel changed ownership and was renovated. We found out about this on vacation.

We were on vacation for 2 weeks in July. Our room was cozy, with good air conditioning and sea views. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. There were plenty of shower gels and shampoo. We read that water can be paid for, but in fact 2 bottles of water were left in the room every day for free and in the restaurant you could get more water.

The hotel does not work on the all-inclusive system. We ordered breakfast and dinner first. But on the 4th day, we asked the hotel to cancel the dinners, because there are many interesting restaurants around and we wanted to try everything. The hotel met our request without any problems.

The only disadvantage of the hotel is probably the noise. But this is a city hotel and you can't get away from it.

Special thanks to the hotel managers Yulia and Ensar for their unobtrusive, but fast and high-quality service. Our requests were always met with a smile and quickly resolved.

The hotel's beach with free sunbeds, umbrellas and towels is 1 minute from the hotel. You have to go across the street. The bartender makes great cocktails on the beach. It was a pleasant surprise. And of course, if you want to get a first line sunbed, you need to get up early))))

Nice staff, clean, we had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast (options) was just okay, but dinner was very good for this price. Guests have a discount at Cimen beach as well. Everyone is really nice and helpful. It's not very modern, but again, you get what you pay for. Would recommend because of location as well.

The only negative thing is a bar under our balcony, but they do turn the music down soon after midnight

We were here on vacation for 10 days with my son. The staff and the owner was very pleasant and hardworking. Breakfast was great, dinner I wish there would be more than one option, but it was tasty. The location is not very noisy but close to the center and also right by the beach. We will be returning.

Hotel at a good location. Everything is in the walking distance. The food was decent and everyday there was something different.
A bit loud since the hotel is right on the main street, but it depends on the room you get (sea view is louder)
They had some issues with the water pump so there was no hot water for 2 days.
The service is nice, everything is clean.

There is no drinking water offered for free unfortunately, not even at meal times, so you need to allocate resources towards that. There is a market very close by so that wasn't an issue.

All in all, would recommend!

The location was great (near the beach and very close to the old town centre).
The room was very clean and it had a really nice view to the sea and the castle. The staff was great.
The breakfast was good.
They have discounts to sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach in front of the hotel and we've really enjoyed that. The beach was sandy and really nice. The people there were also very nice.
The fresh orange juice from the beach bar was great.
The only thing I didn't quite like was the noise from the crowded street and also the noise from some restaurants that had live music (very loud) and were very close to the hotel and even if you had closed the balcony door, the sounds from outside were still very loud.
