Lemon Villa Hotel - Adult Only in Alanya

Excellent hotel, friendly owner who upgraded our room for no reason. Quiet, central location, views, excellent breakfast. The room has everything you need and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This is the most beautiful place in Alanya. So authentic and so far away from mass tourism! I felt incredibly comfortable. The room was great, the breakfast was a little sensation, the people were unbeatably friendly and just as authentic as the entire hotel. I would love to move in there forever! 😃 I want to thank you for letting me be your guest and for this wonderful experience. Stay the way you are! ❤️🙏

good location (almost in the center but in mostly quiet area, especially the back rooms are very quiet), mostly very kind staff, nice-furnished rooms, very good choice at breakfast (also scrambled eggs and turkish coffee upon request), nice environment of the area - greenery&flowers, swimming pool, good WiFi

Given the rather exorbitant price (over 90€/night/single room), it is also necessary to mention the negatives:
the rooms are quite tiny and there is little space for things (and I was alone!), there are no hangers at all;
due to the summer heat, it is necessary to have the air conditioning on all the time and it can sometimes make unpleasant noises (which they say "cannot be solved = it is a characteristic of the device");
the breakfast lacks a high-quality modern coffee machine;
the path to the pool is quite steep (which could be a problem for older people) and there is little space and a minimum of sun loungers by the pool;
"free parking at the hotel" is not guaranteed, there are about two spaces, but they are always full, so you have to look elsewhere (fortunately, there is usually a free space about 200m further down the street);
the hotel offers a transfer to the Gazipaşa airport for 50€ = which is also quite expensive (you can get one for around 30€) and even at such an expensive price they are not able to guarantee payment by card

Clarification (after the hotel's statement):

1) The price of the room is really not bad for two guests, but for one guest it is excessive.

2) Regarding the air conditioning, I said that I could somehow deal with it (by manipulating the device cover), however, that service/inspection would certainly benefit it. I definitely did not say "don't deal with it at all". :)

3) I definitely do not write anywhere that you would FORCE me to use your airport transfer. I am only stating that with such a high price, the option of paying by card should be a given.
The transfer that I ultimately chose did not have the option of paying by card, but here it can be accepted due to its significantly lower price.

4) Regarding coffee, I only evaluated the coffee options at breakfast (not in the room). If turkish coffee at breakfast was supposed to be an extra charge, someone should have said so immediately on the spot and I certainly would not have had a problem with it. :)
However, if you later write that "the coffee shouldn't have been free, but it was" - then it already seems a bit strange. ;))

Very clean, cozy hotel
Each room has its own style
There is a whole garden around each room
In the mornings you can meet a rooster and a chicken on the paths, which are also part of the hotel
If you want a relaxing holiday, away from the crowds and all inclusive, then this is the place for you
Everything is thought out in the room, very clean and there are towel dryers
The city beach is down the stairs, the paid beach is 7-8 minutes walk
There are shops and cafes nearby
In the evening you can walk to the observation point up the road for about 15 minutes
Breakfasts deserve special attention - an amazing variety of meze
The hotel is very quiet, safe and comfortable
The staff is very friendly, like everyone else in the city of Alanya

Great boutique hotel, good location just up from the marina. Staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Really cozy accommodation with a pool right outside the room (in this case outside our living room with sliding doors) and with a very beautiful view of the Alnya bay. A bit of a hassle with all the stairs up to the apartment/room if you have a lot of luggage. Then it is better, as in our case who rented a car from Antalya airport, to park above the hotel and walk down two flights of stairs. The rooms were well-kept, clean and they changed towels every day and bed linen once during our stay of 5 days. We felt that it was time for a little upgrade of the fixtures such as in the bathroom (cabinet doors, shower doors were stuck all the time and things were not fixed properly in the shower)
Can definitely recommend this accommodation and close to everything from shopping to good restaurants and cultural attractions ❤️❤️❤️🌞🌞🌞

Absolutely comfortable and cozy hotel! So many flowers and green trees around. And so stunning view from the terrace)) Our room was very nice and quiet. We had everything we needed.very good cleaning and excellent and varied breakfast, we can’t even imagine what we would like else! We would like to visit this hotel again! Great hotel with great staff. Very tasty breakfasts. The decor of the hotel will not leave you indifferent.
