Kleopatra Beach Hotel - All Inclusive in Alanya

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! The food was absolutely disgusting — every day the same awful pasta, a few tasteless salads, and maybe one meat dish if you’re lucky. All ten of us in my family got food poisoning from their so-called “restaurant.” What they serve isn’t food for people — it’s food for animals.

The staff are constantly trying to cheat you out of money. Nothing is cleaned unless you leave at least 200 lira, and even then, the room stays dirty. I paid that amount, and the floor wasn’t even swept or mopped. The hotel has no shame at all.

On top of that, people steal in this hotel! My mother’s earrings were stolen, my aunt’s cigarettes disappeared from the room, and my grandmother’s tea — which she bought herself — was taken. This place has zero security and zero respect for guests.

The pool is dangerous and should honestly be closed. My aunt fell because the steps were loose — the staff just said “sorry” and took her temperature, which made no sense. Two days later, another man fell and broke the steps completely. Their solution? They removed the steps entirely. Now there are no steps at all in the pool! How is that even acceptable?

For three days in a row, there was no tea for breakfast, even though they kept promising there would be “tomorrow.” The level of lying and carelessness in this hotel is unbelievable.

And as if that’s not enough — the cats. There are cats everywhere. They pee on the towels around the pool, they walk all over the restaurant tables, they poop near the pool and the waterslide, and it all gets smeared around. The smell is horrible, and no one from the staff cares or cleans it properly.

This hotel is a total disgrace — dirty, dangerous, dishonest, and disgusting in every possible way. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. I won’t ever step foot in Kleopatra Beach Hotel again, not even within a kilometer of it. This was the most awful and infuriating vacation of my life.

Dear all. I just arrived home from my worst vacation ever. 2 days hospital, my mother and I was vomiting and having diarrhea. Run out of power very fast, couldn't enjoy at all. Only went out to eat soup and walk 30 max per day. Only luck that in the hospital I got medication and I shared with my mother for Bacterial infection. Food not safety there. Even after diarrhea they didn't clean or change my linen properly. I am thinking to report this hotel further. If someone would like to join me, more then welcome.

❌Don’t recommend ❌the room and the sheets was dirty a lot of dusty and sandy on floor when we arrived, the water in bathroom rinse so incredible slow ( got dump of this) the bed was really uncomfortable (hard like you lay on the wood,almost) the buffé was eatable a lot vegetable less meat friendly servitor no natural juice to service ( only adjust sugar juice). We were really disappointed feels the information that we got wasn’t trust, 4 starts but it seem like 2.5 . Good location to the beach just cross the street

Highly don’t recommend this place. The food is really bad and staff is unfriendly. The rooms are old and dirty. Not a 4* hotel. Wouldn’t even give a 2*. Very unpleasant experience. Avoid at at costs!!!

❌I don't really recommend this hotel. Lack of information about everything. There are some drinks that are not incuded in all inclusive, but no informations at the bars. The taste of the drinks are strange. We rather drank somewhere else for money.
The food was not bad but same food for every meal (only 1 or 2 food were changed) and we didn't know what we were eating beacuse there was no information about that.
Our room was not cleaned properly.
The "double bed" was reather a "one-and-a-half bed" and it's not comfortable if you are higher than 170cm.
Altough it's a "beach hotel" it is forbidden to take towels from the room to the beach.
(You have to bring it from home or buy it in a bazaar)
At the beach you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas (at least the guys there are friendly and they speak english).
30€/person for WIFI and 2€/day for safe box is a joke in the 21th century.

❗The staff was very kind and they helped us when we needed but the biggest problem is that they are not trained, and only some of them speak english.

✅The beach is very good, the water was clear and beautiful.

Ok hotel, but not 4 star worthy, the food in the buffet was not satisfying.
Not the best local alcohol.
bad dj at the pool.
The house cleaning was not the best, but Ok.
Ac was good.
Close to the beach and nice restaurants.
Very nice n friendly staff, even the scissor man who like to cut everything.
We even meet Tarzan n Mowgli.

The Room and The sheets were dirty when we arrived. We asked to change The Room and The staff Said okay and we waited a day and still no room change..... And The food was terrible. Never again there. !
