Very ordinary, very average, a bit small

We stayed at this hotel from October 20th to 28th and absolutely loved it, especially the Russian-speaking staff (Sabina and Yasin) who were always ready to help. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we also had a large balcony on our floor. However, we didn't like that the cleaning staff sometimes left our room unattended and the breakfast buffet was meager (for example, there were sauces, but there was nothing to eat them with). Overall, the hotel lives up to its rating, and I think I'll stay here again soon.

The rooms are clean ,view is nice ,but breakfast could be better honestly only what is eatable is some vegetables like tomatoes , cucumbers , chocolate , chocolate cornflakes with milk , pancakes / but could've been warmer. I think you should add some watermelon and something interesting ,cause there is a lot of stuff added with corn too and some people don't like that much corn

The location is close to the sea, and there is nothing worth mentioning about this hotel. If you're looking for a place to rest, this is the worst place you shouldn't book a room in. I booked a room here and was extremely shocked when the images online and reality were completely different, the hotel was filled with unpleasant odors, everything in the room was old and severely deteriorated. Most importantly, hygiene is a problem, and the room is filled with bugs and bacteria. It made me sick after returning to Germany, I don't understand how a hotel that is so degraded with a 4-star registration. Another thing is that a hotel has only one name, if two different names must be two different hotels, cannot match an old hotel with another hotel, the advertising images of the hotel should be honest with reality, for example Citrus Park Hotel does not have a swimming pool inside the hotel grounds, while Citrus Luna Hotel has a swimming pool, but images are used to promote both hotels. This is absurd, please review the photos taken from the room they gave me, to see if it deserves to be a four-star hotel?

We are currently staying at Citrus Park Hotel, and this has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived with a child and a lot of luggage, and the reception staff told us there was no bellboy or trolley, so we had to carry everything ourselves. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional — there were two men at reception who just laughed and didn’t even try to help. The hotel is almost empty, yet they gave us a room where everything is broken and outdated (see photos). There is nothing close to 4-star quality here — furniture is old, maintenance is poor, and the overall condition of the hotel is disappointing. They also advertise a private beach, which simply does not exist. The worst part of all is the unfriendly, disrespectful attitude of the staff. We are still here, but already regret choosing this place. Definitely would not recommend to anyone expecting decent service or hospitality. In the rooms mold !!!!

This hotel is right next to the same name hotel - but that hotel says Suite... There is no receptionist and when you need assistance you have to go next door! Very unprofessional.

A good hotel. Great value for money. Very close to the sea. Friendly staff, checked us in early. Our check-out time also didn't coincide with our flight, so we were able to leave our luggage at reception. We had a standard superior room. It had a TV, kettle, hairdryer, and refrigerator. The hotel has French balconies, but you can hang up your linen. We were very pleased with the hotel.

We liked the hotel; everything is close by! We stayed at the end of March. We arrived at 8 a.m., and our room was ready within an hour! The sea, the promenade, the bus stop, Migros 5M, and restaurants are all nearby. Cleaning is daily, and the room has a refrigerator and hairdryer. We stayed on the first floor, room 111—a nice room. The breakfasts are delicious and varied; you won't go hungry.

I recommend 1. We arrived at Antalya airport. We had COVID-19 vaccination certificates and an HEC code, which was issued at the travel agency. There were a lot of people, and the lines moved quickly. 2. The hotel. Aizhan works at the reception during the day and speaks Russian. The beach is 3 minutes away. The BIM store is around the corner. Free Wi-Fi. The Garden View room is on the ground floor with a balcony, which doesn't actually have a garden, but a wall. The room is large and spacious. The TV has Russian channels. The air conditioning only works if the balcony doors are tightly closed (at first, when we closed one balcony door, the other would open slightly, and the air conditioning didn't work, but then we figured it out and everything was fine). There's a medium-sized refrigerator. There's a kettle. They put a sign on the doorknob for cleaning, and the room was cleaned the same day. They don't give out two key cards; it's not customary. Restaurant: The staff serves your food, but you can ask for more. Breakfast from 8:00-10:00 isn't very rich in choice (omelette, porridge, sausages, cheese, pancakes), but we weren't hungry. Dinner from 19:00-21:00 usually includes mashed potatoes, chicken, fish, beef, a side dish, salad, grapes, watermelon, and melon. We went to the pool once (it's better by the sea). The hotel staff is very good: Russian-speaking staff in the dining room and at reception. We'd like to mention a cheerful guy named Barysh, always helpful, constantly offering tea. 3. The beach is wide, small pebbles, a bit dirty, there is a changing room, shower, and a lifeguard who never gets boring. The embankment is well-equipped: sports grounds, recreation areas, cafes, a bike path, and a jogging path. 4. We bought excursions on the embankment: Turkish Maldives, ATVs. We took the bus to the Tunnektepe Cable Car, the old town, and shopping malls. We went to the hamam at the Sirena Apart & SPA hotel (7 Arapsuyu Street). We walked to Migros 5M and Aktur Park. We also went to the vegetable market. 5. Food. The corn and sesame seed kalachi on the beach were excellent. We liked the local fast food in the shopping malls. The Turkish shawarma and ice cream weren't particularly appealing. Alcohol is expensive, so you should bring your own. I'd recommend the Şişçi İbo Konyaaltı Şubesi cafe (900m toward Atatürk Boulevard, near the post office) and Göksel Tantuni – Konyaaltı (exit onto Akdeniz Boulevard and turn left for 250m). Among the sweets, we tried pishmane, halva, pikmez, and tahni with pancakes. 6. Among the stores, I'd recommend the closest ones: BIM and the Migros chain, especially 5M (buy a Migros card at the checkout before making a purchase; it costs 1.5 lira and you'll be able to access promotional items). 7. If you plan to shop duty-free, buy one promotional item first, and you'll get a discount on future purchases. It's a small thing, but a nice touch!

Very nice people working at the hotel, and when we needed some help they've very quickly helped. They've also been really nice and upgraded our room to a sea view one. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but it is clean and nicely arranged, with everything you need in the room, including a small fridge. Thank you everyone at the Corner Park Hotel!

Best location on konyalti beach. The beach view room on 7th floor giving mesmerizing sunset view. Their room service were quality and their breakfast with so many dishes were enough to start a day freshly. They also have outdoor swiming pool, a nearby mosque to offer prayer. The green area adjacent to hotel was traffic free area, having multipurpose parks and outdoor gym much more to offer in the vicinity. Overall very experience, worth it.

I stayed here with my partner and we had a great time. Our room overlooked the beach, it was large and comfortable and clean.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and had all the things I needed. The view is also incredible. + I also really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was at night. I slept like a baby.

One of the best thing was definitely the breakfast - fresh and delicious.

The location is perfect too - very close to everything, in front of beach. I honestly didn’t want to leave. I will definitely come back and recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you :)

I travelled with my teenage son from the UK and stayed in this hotel for 5 days last year, and had an excellent stay. My room was superb with a stunning sea view. I had no issues with the cleaning lady; she was quite friendly, and despite the limited language, she made sure we had everything we needed and the room was tidy. I didn't see any issues with anything, really. I will have to travel next week again and will stay again in this hotel, and I just hope I have an experience as pleasant as the last one (will update later). I've travelled a bit and had my fair share of hotel stays, and I can say that overall, this is a very good 3-star hotel. My room was better and cleaner than some 3-star hotels (and some 4-star) I've stayed in the UK and Germany.
For improvement, I would suggest some international TV, at least in English language, and maybe improve the breakfast; however, what is available was more than enough for me, but we all like to see a bit more variety to vary in longer stays. This would be perfect if an all all-inclusive option was available, maybe in the future?
