I recommend 1. We arrived at Antalya airport. We had COVID-19 vaccination certificates and an HEC code, which was issued at the travel agency. There were a lot of people, and the lines moved quickly. 2. The hotel. Aizhan works at the reception during the day and speaks Russian. The beach is 3 minutes away. The BIM store is around the corner. Free Wi-Fi. The Garden View room is on the ground floor with a balcony, which doesn't actually have a garden, but a wall. The room is large and spacious. The TV has Russian channels. The air conditioning only works if the balcony doors are tightly closed (at first, when we closed one balcony door, the other would open slightly, and the air conditioning didn't work, but then we figured it out and everything was fine). There's a medium-sized refrigerator. There's a kettle. They put a sign on the doorknob for cleaning, and the room was cleaned the same day. They don't give out two key cards; it's not customary. Restaurant: The staff serves your food, but you can ask for more. Breakfast from 8:00-10:00 isn't very rich in choice (omelette, porridge, sausages, cheese, pancakes), but we weren't hungry. Dinner from 19:00-21:00 usually includes mashed potatoes, chicken, fish, beef, a side dish, salad, grapes, watermelon, and melon. We went to the pool once (it's better by the sea). The hotel staff is very good: Russian-speaking staff in the dining room and at reception. We'd like to mention a cheerful guy named Barysh, always helpful, constantly offering tea. 3. The beach is wide, small pebbles, a bit dirty, there is a changing room, shower, and a lifeguard who never gets boring. The embankment is well-equipped: sports grounds, recreation areas, cafes, a bike path, and a jogging path. 4. We bought excursions on the embankment: Turkish Maldives, ATVs. We took the bus to the Tunnektepe Cable Car, the old town, and shopping malls. We went to the hamam at the Sirena Apart & SPA hotel (7 Arapsuyu Street). We walked to Migros 5M and Aktur Park. We also went to the vegetable market. 5. Food. The corn and sesame seed kalachi on the beach were excellent. We liked the local fast food in the shopping malls. The Turkish shawarma and ice cream weren't particularly appealing. Alcohol is expensive, so you should bring your own. I'd recommend the Şişçi İbo Konyaaltı Şubesi cafe (900m toward Atatürk Boulevard, near the post office) and Göksel Tantuni – Konyaaltı (exit onto Akdeniz Boulevard and turn left for 250m). Among the sweets, we tried pishmane, halva, pikmez, and tahni with pancakes. 6. Among the stores, I'd recommend the closest ones: BIM and the Migros chain, especially 5M (buy a Migros card at the checkout before making a purchase; it costs 1.5 lira and you'll be able to access promotional items). 7. If you plan to shop duty-free, buy one promotional item first, and you'll get a discount on future purchases. It's a small thing, but a nice touch!

Stayed in a suite with large kitchen, no pots or pans so unable to cook, the rooms very old and would benefit from a lick of paint. Furniture very old and tatty. Breakfast is of poor quality and no cold drinks available at breakfast and low stocked bar.

Well what can i say. Some Friendly Staff not far from the beach and thats about it. I understand this is not a high end hotel and make compromises about that but I stayed there for 1 week after checking out of another hotel that was as bad well i thought but at least our rooms got cleaned. In 7 Nights of staying here not once was our 2 rooms cleaned or our beds changed. We did ask at reception when we checked in and they said every 3 days room cleaned but no mention of bed changes. I moaned at Management about this but nothing was done so we stayed in a dirty room for 7 nights 2 Adults and 2 young children. You have to keep asking for toilet roll and water as the maid only seams to change the towels every couple of days and thats it. The breakfast is bread ,olives, boiled eggs 2 types of cereal warm water and a small coffee machine. See pictures below for rooms. All i can say is good luck to anybody that stays there first and last time for me.

What is best about this place is its location, just cross the street and you are at the beach. Also for such a location the price is so good. It is just sad how little care the owners give to this place. The rooms are spacious which is good but a little outdated. One of the days they didn’t clean our room or take the garbage or change the towels and when we talked to the reception, they said yeah the cleaning time had no more time to come to your room, this happened once but was pretty annoying. The AC on one of the days stopped working and we had to sit and wait for it to be fixed. Sometimes it gets so cold because of the AC and if you turn it off, you have to call the reception again to turn it on which is so inconvenient and one day we called them 3 times because they were unresponsive. The breakfast can be better, there was usually only boiled eggs while usually in turkish hotels they ask you for your choice of eggs and do that for you.

My partner and I spent a week here and were pleasantly surprised considering the price we paid. Pros - The hotel itself was very up-to-date with modern decor in the lobby/bar (even an Instagram photo opportunity at the entrance if that's your thing) and 2 lifts to rooms. - Our room was basic but clean and spacious enough with air conditioning, a huge bed, fridge, hair dryer and plenty of plugs (we are from the UK so brought our own adapters as these weren't provided). We had a Juliette balcony that had a dryer line and washing pegs to hang wet towels/swimwear. - The room was reset every day except 2 where we'd slept in past 10am (I'm not sure this is the time they stop cleaning but it seemed to be the pattern). All towels were replaced, bed was made, bins emptied and 2 water bottles provided each time which was great. The cleaning staff were friendly too! - The hotel was VERY quiet but this could have been down to the time of year we visited. - They share a relatively small pool with the hotel next door (The Luna Hotel) and again this was extremely quiet so we had no struggle for sunbeds. I'm not sure how great this would be in the busier months as there definitely weren't enough beds to cater for one hotel let alone two. Cons - The blanket on the bed was on the smaller side and the pillows were not the comfiest (subject to preference!). Also, the air-con was slightly temperamental but worked most of the time. - Breakfast lived up to our low expectations (from previous reviews) but this wasn't down to the actual food. Unfortunately we didn't even get to try anything but bread and butter as the buffet was not replenished after 30 minutes of waiting. The coffee was also terrible. We ended up eating out for breakfast most days but we didn't mind! There was a great cafe on the corner opposite the beach called 'Trend Park Coffee' serving Turkish omlettes, pastries, fresh fruit and a variety of hot/cold coffees which was reasonably prices so I would 100% recommend that if you don't fancy the breakfast. - Next doors pool was good but FREEZING. Even in 30 degree heat I couldn't bare it so we spent most days at the beach as the sea was lovely. Also due to the pool being surrounded by buildings, it became shaded after midday. If you don't enjoy the pool, I'd recommend the Barcelona Beach Club which is just across the main road, where you just have to pay 250L for a bed for the day, you can order as much food/drink as you like and the staff are wonderful. - The majority of staff we came across were rude and dismissive which was a shame. On one occasion we approached the bar for a drink and the bartender walked off and didn't return so after 15 minutes of waiting we gave up. We spent most of our time away from the hotel so this didn't bother us too much. - The hotel is located very close to a mosque, so you will most likely be woken up to prayers at sunrise, and hear this 4 more times throughout the day. It is very loud but I will say from experience thi

Unexpectedly very good hotel!!! The staff is kind and helpful! The cleaning is everyday! The rooms are fresh and clean! There is a tv with sat tv channels and a small fridge which really works! The plumbing is new and works perfectly! The air conditioning works well but according to the schedule which is not understandable. The food is good but the same everyday! The fruit choice is nothing but watermelon I wish there were 🍎 and oranges at least) no pastry at all((( everyday I had to run after the staff to get some milk in my coffee, buy the way if like good coffee, bring yours, I got drip coffee from Russia)). The area is clean and cosy.tbey provide a bottle of water daily! And strange moment, we had only one chair in the room for two! Even when I asked for the second chair nothing happened!((( But still I recommend this hotel !! Thanx

Pros:
- Friendly and responsive staff 👍
- Good location, close to sea, many supermarkets and restaurants around
- Not bad pool
- not bad restorant at ground floor

Cons:
- Hotel is in bad condition. Every day something got broken or not working: toilet flush, electricity, air conditioner, doors, kettle
- air conditioning is soo dirty, as it has never been cleaned
- Breakfast meals have weird taste some days. Most of meals too sour, seems as not fresh.
- Not convenient if you're going to use public transport to the city center

Because of some broken things in our room, we had too wait for repair men. It took several hours and we wasted our evening. Another day it happened with my family in another room.
I would rather not recommend this Hotel.

Breakfast : 1. Reception : 0 location. : 3
Lazy woman with a stone face (not turkish) Doesn't bother to help to find bus station to go from Antalya to Belek (there are many bus stations in Antalya to different cities in Turkey), She hasn't even touched the computer. had to go through the neighboring hotel reception, got help even though I was not their guest.
The breakfast is not intended for children. we had to take children to a place nearby to have breakfast. Lots of salt and acidity, water is a luxury item. put on the table 1 out of 2 days. Remains of vegetables and boiled egg are used again the next day.

The hotel is really beautiful and the location of the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel rates are reasonable and we extended our stay.
The food is good and the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist (Nurlan) is a great guy, he was very helpful, very patient and really professional. I don't usually write a review but my wife and I wanted to thank them for the comfortable stay.
