Cosy, small budget hotel. Sercice appropriate to the price. Clean, decent food, not crowded. Mediocre location, a bit far away from the beach, in the middle of shopping street (which can be a plus if you want to go shopping). There is a comfortable bus taking guests to the beach. Biggest downside was the lack of non-smoking areas. There where smokers everywhere, you can even smell it in the restaurant. Also none of the staff speaks english. They mosty have German guests it seems so it can be difficult to communicate.

My vacation at the Side West Park Hotel from April 2nd to April 11th, 2025. -Arrived in the evening around 6:30 p.m. -Unable to pay with card for the safe deposit box and Wi-Fi as the reader wasn't working. The receptionist said he would get back to me when the device was working again. (The real shocker came when I checked out!!) -Dinner wasn't as expected as there was no buffet, just cold food wrapped in cellophane (from the fridge). No apology from the staff or anything like that. -No buffet for 3.5 days -after complaints from me and other guests, we had a buffet for the first time on the 4th evening. However, some of the food was cold or lukewarm. No apology or explanation from the staff. This continued until the end of my vacation without any compensation whatsoever. -Checked out at 3:00 a.m.! The receptionist now wants the money for the safe deposit box and Wi-Fi. I pull out my card. The receptionist takes the reader. It still doesn't work. (We tried three of my cards.) The receptionist asks for cash, I say no. The receptionist is on the phone with his boss. The boss talks to me. I explain that I'm happy to transfer the amount from home. The receptionist writes down my address. Then the boss calls. The bus driver who is supposed to pick me up arrives and talks to the receptionist. The receptionist explains to me (and this is where things get borderline serious) that he will take me and all the passengers to someone in town whose card reader probably works. It's now 3.50. We drive for about 5 minutes until a person appears in a dark side street holding a card reader. I pay and get back on the bus. All of my fellow passengers look at me questioningly. I feel like a felon. Now I know what hospitality in Turkey can sometimes mean. To this day, I have neither been forgiven for such unacceptable behavior nor have I been offered any compensation.

Hello, I would like to point out that I am one of those people who are happy with little and who on vacation avoids complaining about everything. In this case, if I have put aside money for a year, I wanted to take my son to a hotel in Turkey with a slide, etc. So I am told this hotel is rated 10/10 by Neckerman and Booking, but it is absolutely nothing... the staff is friendly, but they are so conditioned to Russians and Germans that they think everyone is Russian and German. We are alone in the world, not a word of French. The rooms are okay, except that as I write, I am on the toilet, and being on the first floor, I can hear all the other occupants doing their business, and the evacuation goes through my bathroom, it is not pleasant. The restaurant is nothing special, the juice and coffee machine does not work, so you have to go to the ones by the pool to get back to the restaurant with the food, it is okay, it is not bad, but it is not extraordinary. The all in so that's extraordinary there are buffet hours like everywhere between it's snack beach that means you have to take the shuttle to go to the beach 1km away there is a snack but if you stay at the hotel welouh nothing nada a plate of dry biscuits at 4pm no ice cream no pancakes nothing. Now the swimming pool 90% of the time in the frozen shade THE SLIDE in fact it's THE slide and which is not open so no one goes in the water and almost no sun to put on a deckchair even though it's 31* in October. Basically I don't know I would say never again

A hotel with a good location, even though it's not directly on the beach. Good shuttle service to the beach. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Improvements need to be made in some places; the plaster is crumbling from the walls in the corridors. The fitness center is poorly equipped. For me, there wasn't enough variety in the food, but that's a matter of taste. The paddling pool is too cold for small children. The beach is better suited to children; the roof provides good protection from the sun.

Everything was amazing, i couldnt fault anyone. It should be a 5 star hotel, everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Outside the hotel, there is lots to do, loads of shopping, and the excursions places are next to the hotel. Theres a bank next to it to withdraw money. Majority of people spoke english, so it was very helpful. Me and my family enjoyed it. Will come again

Hotel on the outskirts of Side. Rooms, small, very small. We were accommodated in three people and a child on 11 m2. After adding the extra bed, I could dream about opening the wardrobe. In addition, there is a balcony on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool, right next to the bar, and loud music until 11 p.m.…
Throughout the facility, I met several staff members who were friendly and smiling - the rest were a punishment, and I don't mean that I have high expectations, just being helpful is enough.
I have more goodies, but I'll leave them alone. After a holiday in this hotel, I need another holiday.

Friends of the day of the 2 days I did everything very nice full family hotel 3 nights staying on the date of 08.06.2019 cikacam no teretut on without making you stay at the hotel you'll be satisfied I'm ankaraliyim but next year I would recommend to come again next year I do not leave a love of respect at first love respect they make you feel like home

Booked the hotel via a travel agency as it was advertised as 5 star resort. However, I would say 3 star is more accurate at best. The rooms are spacious, however, we had issues with the electricity cutting out, causing the aircon to stop working. You REALLY don't want that in August in Side...Food in general was well prepared and extremely tasty. No complaints there. There is a bus to take you to the beach. Do keep in mind that the hotel staff does not speak a word of English...if you have any issues it will drive you crazy...better learn some German before you go as it's frequented by lots of Germans...
