Would not recommend to anyone.
We Stayed in the annex.
rooms were shocking clearly not cleaned properly and beds felt like you were sleeping on a board.
some of the staff were lovely but most not so much. Pool and the location was nice.
Only one night a week has entertainment nothing throughout the day. If you wish to have cocktails it's five euros each even though it's an all-inclusive hotel

If you can get over the rooms the staff are lovely and the food is really good. Only 5 mins walk from a lovely beach and loads of shopping to be done. Mehmet at the bar ensured we all had a good laugh

It is very nice, family-run, actually everything is really nice people, location is great, food was OK for the price, reception was just not so nice, everything else was OK, I wouldn't have spent more than a week, honestly, if you want something cheap and clean and have no demands, it's OK

if your an animal lover and like a quietist location this is ideal for you. Wifi is spot on staff are brilliant all the way from management to caretaker! if you or your family are fussy eaters you may struggle but restaurants are 5 min walk ‘slow pace’ and cheap recommend Cellos Garden Restaurant and bar

This was a budget holiday and is rated as such. The downsides: The hotel rooms were old and worn (but clean) and the beds were rock hard. We were staying on the "park" side, I understand the other part of the hotel closest to the restaurant is newer. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The food was ok - not great, but passable for a budget buffet at an all inclusive holiday. The positives: The staff! I can not say this enough. They were great, always greeting us with a smile and more than willing to help with anything. Especially the cleaning lady, the girl manning the poolside bar on the park side and the groundskeeper, they are the true stars of this hotel and the reason for my review being 5 instead of 4 stars. Everything including the pools were clean and the beach walk with loads of shops were only a short walk away. Included in the all inclusive concepts: All local drinks and beer, a 0,5l water replaced in the mini bar every day as well as all food and transfer to the beach. They charged for imported drinks and the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast (1 euro).

This hotel is a scam. You book the room in the main building and they put you in another building where there are bugs and not even bedsheets. You must even be afraid to get infected from those toilets. There is a person in reception called Ahmet he is very nice trying to help always, in return another person called Deniz does not even respect you and even speaks badly to you just to get rid of you. I don’t think just because of their moderate prices they have the right to be such rude to the people. Last year we had a stay and when they put us to the “side” building, this year we book the same hotel specifically via booking just not ve scammed again but unfortunately they wanted to treat us the same way. We cancelled this reservation with the help of booking. Very helpful people who works for booking by the way; they said this has been many complaints about the same hotel so they might cancel the reservations of this hotels. I’m very happy for the innocent people!! Please stay away!!!!

Run-down Rooms and Restaurant. Overflowing food waste bins outside main entrance. Grumpy staff. Inflated charges. First room we were given looked nothing like the brochure, we got moved for a charge of 80euro to the room type we'd actually booked. Restaurant was dirty and too small to serve buffet style for the number of guests there with other guests constantly bumping into folk who are seated and eating. Food was very bland. Evening meals included lunchtime leftovers reheated. The main road and path into the hotel has open topped and overflowing waste bins along each side and the smell is overpowering. We were charged 100euro (cash) for a late checkout - despite the tariff showing 60euro. Everything on-site had to be paid in cash otherwise there is a 20% charge for using a card.

Well where to begin. 1st accommodation was a garden room....a shed/ sauna/ steam room with 1 plug socket around 6ft high!!! Not great for changing your phone... cost us €60 to go into the main hotel room this was after an unhelpful chat to the man on reception...i would say bordering on rude. New room 101 was great. Clean, airy, plug sockets and no mouldy wood smell. Food: well what can I say salad was lovely! Everything else not for us... €2 just for a orange juice! And €5 for a cocktail! Swimming pool nice and clean.....staff around the pool, bar, restaurant area (all together) were friendly at times but saw them not so much to other holiday makers.... shame as some were lovely just the senior members of the team that let them down. Beach is a short walk away...lovely with plenty of restaurants and shops. Pay for a drink/food and get a free sunbed with lovely friendly drinks/food service at your sunbed at the waters edge. Only downside...very busy, never seen so much people.
