All the staff worked a lot but they almost did not speak English.
There is also a restaurant on the beach, but they do not serve any alcoholic drinks, they make it only at the bar by the pool. They serve Pepsi, Fanta, etc drinks, some no-brand liqueurs, vodka, gin, etc but no long drinks, you can forget about basic cuba libre, tequila sunrise etc :/

Ice cream is served only one hour a day, and is not served even during dinner. At that time there is a long line for it could be more than 30 people waiting for it :/

Guests are allowed to "block" sunbed at the swimming pool during the night and also for a whole day. So there is almost no chance to get a free one.

If you lose your room card they will charge you 10 EUR.

Dinner starts at 19:00 but at 20:00 they will stop adding new food, so everyone come at 19:00 its very crowded and almost no chance to get a free table. If you come later you get a table but not many options to choose from.

There is no snack bar, where you can get food during the day. We arrived at 14:30 and had to wait until 19:00.

Wi-Fi in the hotel is not really working and we miss Wi-Fi on the beach.

Guests are mostly from Russia, Germany, Poland, and Turkey. Very often around midnight, some guests were noisy.

We really liked the swimming pool, transfer to the beach and free sunbeds there.

The rooms, pools, restaurant are very nice but the service is quite bad and the food (lunch and dinner) is really not good. Breakfast is good though. The staff (some of them) is unrespectful. Almost nobody knows English with makes communication very hard. Cleaning staff is very kind and clever.

Went 2+1 7.09.2017-16.09.2017 in this hotel. Sesilii us to a nearby hotel Qween in standard room, there is wi-fi in the rooms and new furniture, we liked it. Cleaned every day, but we left a tip, others said that cleaning disgusting(( No site, it didn't hurt, went through the underpass,1 min. the Food is standard for a 4* - fruits, salads, meat ( chicken and Turkey?) soups no. On the beach we walked about 3 minutes, there is also a restaurant and gozleme and drinks, ice cream, exceptional service, sun loungers always enough, moreeeee - indescribable.... So transparent, uncool, sand, fishes, need to go to the left, there are no rocks. In General, the price-quality for this hotel is decent.

The room is average, no disposable Slippers, no toothbrushes, no soap! Well at least there's some towels!
