The hotel is popular with Germans. It's located at the beginning of the promenade leading to Side's old town. The grounds are green and compact, and the sea is 180 meters away, or there's a shuttle. There's a beach bar. Entrance into the sea is either slabs or rocks. The rooms are good, and so is the food. We had a great time. 🇹🇷👌

Excellent hotel, clean. Mostly Germans stay here. The rooms are nice. The restaurant is excellent, with a variety of dishes. Three swimming pools and small children's slides. The grounds include meadows and a variety of greenery. A shuttle takes you to the sea. A bar serves drinks and food by the sea. The entrance to the sea is sandy, but there are also some rocks. Windows overlook the grounds or the sea, if you're lucky. The staff is polite.

We're currently staying at this hotel with our children, ages 13 and 6. The hotel is wonderful in every way: the room, the grounds, the pool, the food, the staff. Of course, you could quibble about the sea, saying the entry is rocky and the shore isn't very nice... but none of that matters, because you can walk along the shore to the right and swim there! I highly recommend this hotel!

I want to start with the room it was a nice one and clean all the days, the Food is not bad but it Can be better , the drinks in the bar is amazing So much childrens in hotel but it’s ok The evening shows is so nice I want say thanks one more time for all the animation team We Will be back as soon as possible ❤️

The hotel was great. The cleanliness of the rooms was 10/10. The food was varied and everyone could find something to their liking. The hotel services are at a high level, everyone is nice and tries to help as best they can, even though there is often a language barrier, as most of the employees speak german and even less english. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, but there is a shuttle service from the hotel, so you can get to the beach in a few seconds. The A la carte restaurant (Turkish cuisine) was great, with a variety of flavors. There was a lot of food, but it was great in a beautiful setting with pleasant music.

Entertainment team is really good, they try their best to make it enjoyable for everyone. The food was good, though a little bit more variation would be nice. The shows are a lot of fun to watch. The hotel is (child)friendly, and so are a lot off the staff. The pool is never too busy and the rooms are clean.

Zero customer service from the bar staff and reception. If you want a caffe at 7 am it's only one bar open, but is nobody there ,they send you in restaurant were is no really coffee it's Ness. In a 5 stars hotel to have a coffee at 7 and u can not have it is not exactly 5 stars.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are daily activities available for guests who want to join in, contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is lovely, and the beach is also very enjoyable. The all-inclusive package is well-organized, with water, soft drinks, and other beverages stocked daily in the in-room fridge. Housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy every day, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside for us was the language barrier. German is the predominant language spoken by the staff, and while a few team members do speak English, communication could occasionally be a bit tricky. That said, we were almost always able to make ourselves understood, and the staff consistently went out of their way to assist us. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Pros: Friendly front desk staff, great pool, fun water slides, coffee lounge with baristas, excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, kids' buffet, thorough cleaning, lively pool bar, included cocktails, tasty poolside food street, and good value for money. Cons: Dated hotel (built 1989), heavily German-oriented, 2023 renovation feels unsuccessful, subpar bathrooms, noisy rooms, smokers, constantly broken elevators, loud bars/discos nearby until 2 AM, noisy cafeteria staff, and disinterested, unengaged personnel. Left over food often upcycled, though I didn’t mind this too much. I’ve been to Turkey many times, and this was my least favorite location, but the price reflects that. My kids absolutely loved it.
