The hotel operates an all-inclusive (AI) concept with buffet meals including dietetic, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options. Guests can relax by the outdoor pool with free sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels, or enjoy the sandy-pebble private beach located 360 meters away on the second coastline. Note that the hotel does not accommodate single men without women in the same room. Several reviews praise the friendly and attentive staff, spa treatments, and the family-oriented entertainment, while others mention issues with cleanliness, food variety, and noise in the evenings.

Location

The hotel’s own sandy-pebble beach is a 360-meter walk away on the second coastline. Nearby dining options include Seker Restaurant just 37 meters away, L Oceanica Beach Restaurant at 189 meters, and Aura Restoran 282 meters from the property. The hotel is not far from local shops and a small pool called Kamera, a short walk for natural views. For exploring the area, taxis to Kemer cost around 10 dollars. The location provides a quiet setting with mountain views but limited evening walk opportunities.

I stayed at this hotel from May 30, 2022, to June 7, 2022. The first thing I noticed was the staff. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and ready to help. Special thanks to Olga, Bayram, Devran, and Dina—they literally saved me. They surrounded me with care and affection. I felt at home here. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, everything is clean and calm. The room was clean, they cleaned it every day, changed the towels, and replenished the water in the room. It always smelled delicious after cleaning. Thank you for the cleaning, I was very pleased. The pool is fantastic; the water is warm. There's a snack bar open during the day, and the food is delicious, even though it was the same every day. The sea is 200 meters away; the water was great at that time, and the beach is clean. There are shops nearby where you can buy everything, which is a plus. You can walk to Kamera (a small swimming pool) and enjoy the natural views. The spa is a whole other story. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to try all the treatments. You'll be surrounded by love and affection, given an amazing massage and spa treatments, and you'll leave a new person. The food at the hotel is pretty good. I won't lie, but for the first two days I didn't know what to eat. After that, I ate everything. You won't go hungry, but if you're a big food connoisseur, I don't think you'll love it because don't expect anything special; it's just good, regular food. I'll definitely return to this hotel because I not only had a great time, but I also found great people. In general, I'd say the way you prepare for your vacation is the way you'll get it. If you turn your nose up at it, don't expect a great vacation. I loved everything, so I give it a 10! Thanks again to the hotel and staff for my vacation ♥️👍

stayed at Viking Park Hotel in Turkey, which was advertised on your website as a 4-star hotel. However, in reality, it was far from that standard — I would rate it at most 2 stars. There were numerous issues during my stay: • Plates, bowls, and cutlery were often missing, and guests had to search for them. • Cleanliness in the dining area was unacceptable. • The description stated that there would be a deposit system for towels, but instead we had to buy them. • The offer mentioned entertainment, but every night there was only a disco, and no morning activities (such as poolside fitness) took place. • We reported these issues to your local representative, but we were told that “nothing could be done • The bartender was so busy talking on the phone all the time that he gave my 10-year-old daughter a beer instead of Fanta

We are currently here at Viking park hotel and the negatives just keep on coming. I just don't know where to start. It's one of the dirtiest places I've ever stayed and I'm a seasoned traveller. The food is horrendous. Lukewarm at best and that's if you can find anything decent or different to eat. There's always a rush to get a table and food in the evenings, as they're not enough for loads of hungry people at 7pm. Food is served to late. Especially for children. The afternoon snacks are just soggy buns, cold floppy burgers and lettuce and tomatoes. Maybe a few cold chips. They're no ice creams for children at all, unless you pay 3 euros for one. The drinks are VERY limited. For alcohol drinks you have a choice of vodka, something called rakie, gin or wine. Soft drinks are cola, sickly orangeade or water. Tea or coffee. No milk for tea in the lunch time. We got 4 small bottles of water when we arrived and when asked for more we were told to refill from the tap. The staff are slow and miserable most of the time. Beds are like concrete. The noise levels at night past 12 are horrendous, with some sort of extra load music playing till at least 2am. The pool is extra COLD. You risk hyperthermia if you go in. The area around the pool is so dirty the bottom of our feet are black. I could go on. Do yourself a favour and find a much nicer place than this. Worsed holiday ever!!!!

Not the 4 star rated hotel we expected. More like a budget 2 star hotel. Cleaning was superficial and left a lot uncleaned. Staff always present with dustpan and brush to give appearance of cleanliness, but dining chairs always dirty, dirty tablecloths on tables at start of dinner service at 7pm despite lunch finishing at 2pm. Not great choice of food for all inclusive. Most food options were very repetitive. Water slides only open 3.5 hrs of the day and smaller than appeared in pictures. Private beach area was dirty with litter, shabby and unkempt. Showed up by the neighbouring hotels sunbeds which were far superior. The spa area was very nice but came at extra cost. The views from hotel (pool balcony side) very nice. Repetitive "entertainment" with playlist of songs on repeat, Sundays nothing at all just the music from the hotel next door, karaoke most nights. Gala night was good with traditional dancing. Poor communication - one night they moved all dining tables outside for gala night but didn't inform guests. We came down at 7.30pm to miss the rush at 7pm to find all tables outside, most of food gone and no table to sit at. Eventually found a table, then saw a rat running across the bushes by the pool to the snack bar kitchen/bar. Pictures taken of dust in air vent in shower which was disgusting and not cleaned once; Plaster on balcony roof missing; plate collection area at snack bar with grotty cupboards and grime on floor at edge of where they do a light mop around - was same in main dining room. In desperate need of deep clean in all areas. Not worth the money paid. Avoid if you are expecting anything more than 2 star service and accommodation.

Not Even Close to a 4-Star Experience We were shocked to see this hotel rated as 4 stars — it’s a stretch to even call it 2 stars. While the rooms were clean and tidy, everything else about our stay was extremely disappointing. Pool Area: The swimming pool area was dirty throughout our stay. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and walking barefoot was impossible due to the filth. We ended up going to the beach just to avoid the unpleasant environment. Food & Dining: The food was repetitive, soggy, and mostly tasteless. My 10-year-old son ended up eating bread for nearly every meal. There was very little variety. Tables in the dining area were often dirty and not cleared or cleaned promptly, making it hard to find a place to sit. Bars & Drinks: Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups that were frequently left scattered across the hotel grounds. The pool bar was rarely staffed — most of the time we were redirected to the lobby bar, even if we were in swimwear. The included alcoholic drinks were of very poor quality. Staff & Service: The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping. Most were either on their phones or smoking behind the bar instead of doing their jobs. Entertainment & Atmosphere: The entertainment program was repetitive and extremely loud, especially around the pool in the evenings. It was so noisy that guests couldn’t have a normal conversation. Most people escaped to the lobby to get away from it, and only a handful stayed for the shows. The hotel grounds are small, so there was no place to retreat to during these hours. Overall, this hotel is misrepresented as a 4-star property. We would not return and do not recommend it unless major improvements are made.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of last August. While there may be occasional shortcomings, the management is quick to respond and solution oriented. In particular, Mr.Dogukan, the manager, goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Thank you.

We had a fantastic time at Viking Park Hotel! If you’re looking for a fun, relaxed atmosphere with plenty to do for both kids and adults, this is the place. The music was always great, and the daily programs kept everyone entertained – from energetic games and shows for the children to engaging activities for grown-ups. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and positive vibe that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to the entertainment team – they truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. This isn’t a luxury resort, so if you’re expecting five-star accommodations, it might not be the right fit. But if you’re after a fun holiday with plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, and just enjoy yourself, Viking Park is a great choice. We really appreciated the lively energy and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed. We’d definitely come back!

I liked the hotel very much, the staff is great, the description corresponds to reality and even better. We were given a room for three nights on the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view of the mountains, the pool and football fields. The room is cleaned every day, shampoo and gel too. The towel was changed only once for the feet. This is for three nights. The animation is cool in four languages, the guys are trying, well done. I liked the food, food literally all day long, there is no transfer to the sea, but it is nearby, 7 minutes walk. The hammam and sauna are excellent. We recommend it.
