Turks here were mostly nice, for some you could clearly see the pretend the friendliness and when you doeasnt want to buy or pay for something that changes the facial expression.
Nearby plenty of Bazaars, fake well-known luxury brands in a poor quality. This shouldn’t be allowed honestly, waste producing, the stuff will not last long and will end in he trash anyway.
The sea is nice, not crowds, hotel has own area on the beach to you find you place under to lay in the shadow conveniently, bar offer is fine including good eating. Sea is quite clean although near to the river, safe for children as not deep at all.
Rooms not the most modern ones.
All in all recommendable.
- Staff does not speak English Wifi was not working/ no wifi in rooms Cold water 2 out of 5 days! Loud music starting around 11pm until 3am from some place outside the hotel, impossible to sleep.
The food in the hotel is OK, my girls liked the French fries for breakfast. The animation team is trying to entertain the guests, I missed the club dance and games, but the had shows in the evening. The waiters at the pool bar were outstanding, extremely polite and friendly, Sinan and Serkan always took great care of my girls, very respectfull and hard working. Beside of the poor cleaning of the room, we had a beautiful, relaxing holiday in Serra Park
Great garden/park and hotel staff.
Great variety of local cheese, fresh vegetables and fruits, tasty chicken and beef.
Clean Swimming Pool checked each day. Nice, comfortable room with garden view.
Room cleaning and towel change whenever you need.
Incredible people starting from general manager to cleaning lady Lila.
Dj Umut is making great animation (Water ball on the Pool, voleyball at the beach, bule, and some more) and evening music. We listen to some of it even now ;) Turhish Evening finished with turkish disco was great, learned few turkish traditional dance moves.
Toucan club is taking care for little ones in russian language.
You can also buy traditional hamam massage at the Spa. Phisiotherapist Vasil can also advice you what to do to make your spine get better.
Hotel bus will take you to the beach.
But it is 5 min walk.
There is bike road by the river near to the hotel, and a river gulf.
Bus 11 will take you to antic Side town.
Manavgat waterfalls are easy to get by bus too.

Nice jogging route. Close to ancient city side and amphitheatre.
