We have loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and clean, the foods are delicious. The salad bar is especially amazing. Every worker has a smile on their face and service is excellent. Mrs Fatma from guest relations helped us with our EACH need warm and professionally. We loved her so much we will definitely come again for her hospitality. Everything else, the beach, surroundings and other guests are amazing. Definitely worth every penny.

Back at this beautiful hotel in March it’s our fifth time and we weren’t disappointed at all. It just gets better and better. So please ignore all the negative reviews. From the moment we arrived The Service we received was excellent and we were made to feel very special. The hotel is exceptionally clean and all the staff work very hard to make sure your holiday is the best you could have. The rooms are very spacious and I would recommend a pool Seaview The food and drink at all the restaurants and snack bar also sushi bar and à la carte are all made to a very high standard. The pastry bar is a favourite and food and drink is 24 seven there The hotel provides good entertainment and lots of things to do during the day And evening We will definitely be returning to this hotel It’s one of our favourite can’t wait to come back. This is a lovely hotel staff very friendly food is great most of the staff speak English Dogan very funny doing the darts and gets everyone involved Pina was great and up and down with drinks on the beach and pool bar

Is the hotel fully ready to welcome guests in May? Is the grounds green (with grass, trees, and other vegetation)?

The staff is excellent, the food is delicious, except for seafood. The beach is shallow. We stayed on June 11th, but the water could get very dirty due to a storm. It's great with children, and the hotel itself is very neat and beautiful. The service is excellent, from the restaurants to the shops. The souvenir shop is fantastic, and they always surprise you with their prices and give you a gift. It's a bit more expensive than in nearby stores, but the service and gifts are worth it!

Just a beautiful little resort. We were looking forward to a relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what we got! The hotel isn’t huge, easy beach access where there are plenty umbrellas and beach chairs for all. The beach itself is nice, fine sand and not many rocks, clear water.
The hotel is very stylish and smells amazing! The food is also great, there are 3-4 specialty restaurants and snack spots for between meals, but we honestly enjoyed the buffet for all meals- that’s how good it was! So many options, you’ll never get bored (we were there for 5 days). Definitely the nicest all-inclusive on the entire strip (we walked up and down the beach daily). Booked through TUI, which was great because they handled the shuttle transfer. Don’t really understand the bad reviews- we’ve been to all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and have enjoyed similar service and quality. The only downside is that the beach isnt that clear blue caribbean water that we’re used to (because the sand is just naturally dark) and that the drive from Antalya airport is over 1.5 hours (but that’s true for almost all the resorts). Would 100% recommend for anyone looking to wind down for a few days and escape the sad autumnal weather of europe ;)
