A wonderful hotel! A great place for a family vacation! This was our first time in Turkey, and we had a wonderful time! The hotel is located about an hour's drive from Antalya Airport, in the city of Side. It has its own private beach, a leisurely 5-minute walk away. I understand that the hotel is located on the beachfront, which is very important. The path to the beach is stone, and the beach itself has a boardwalk. Tall palm trees, bushes, and flowers grow along the path. The entire hotel grounds and surrounding area are also beautifully landscaped, and behind the hotel there is an olive grove with tangerine trees, pomegranate trees, and much more. The hotel staff is very polite and eager to help. The hotel has a cozy lobby with access to a spacious balcony. The lobby is open 24/7. You can drink tea, coffee, and other drinks there, as well as enjoy sweets. Service is a separate topic! The meal plan is Ultra All. It includes everything (including alcoholic beverages), except fresh juices. You can eat almost all the time; between lunch and dinner, you can have ice cream and burgers with fries. The cuisine is superb! Even as an inexperienced person, I loved everything. The menu is tailored to almost any consumer. There are a huge selection at all meals. We never made it to the à la carte menu. Anti-COVID measures are top-notch, from baggage and carry-on baggage handling at the hotel entrance to temperature screening at the restaurant. Sanitizers are everywhere, information signs are posted, personal disposable napkins are on the tables, and the staff wear masks strictly over their noses. The hotel has two large restaurants, one on the second floor of the hotel itself, the other by the sea. Drinks are served by waiters. Entertainment runs all day, with the schedule posted in the elevators. The hotel has a spa center, and a sauna was included in the price of the package. There's a large pool with cool water inside the spa. I've visited it twice, but we didn't purchase any spa treatments. The spa has a hammam, massage room, and showers. A 10-minute walk from the hotel is the bazaar called "Cide Grand Bazar." It's a large indoor market with separate pavilions where you can buy clothes, shoes, souvenirs, and much more. The hotel's clientele was mostly German. We also met Russian-speaking families, both from Germany and Russia. Overall, our impressions were positive; we'd go there again, as everything was convenient and comfortable. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, not crowded, perfect for a relaxing family vacation with children and parents.

Nice hotel. Great food.

Actually I was in this hotel in April 2024. Quality was almost perfect. Major proses are cleanles, wide variety of food and location. Hoewer there were imperefect aspects whiches had impact on our vacation. Firstly me and our family received rooms close to the kitchen, noises disabled us of sleeping. Finally waiters during dinner were insistent.

Perfect location for holiday, the sea is really close and food is awesome, I can recommend 10/10, animation perfect always something to do, service perfectly done

We cannot add anything that we have not already expressed in our November 2024 feedback, again fabulous. Yes we can but with reservations. This report is based again on our REGULAR visits to this hotel, however a new restaurant block is being erected that chops off your views of the sea from the POOL BAR area for another hotel. Yes its that big, wrong move.... Very sorry to have to say however, this will not stop us returning but maybe not quite so often sorry to say so another paradise hotel we will have to discover. We have little reason to change our feedback to anything other than 4star first class staff and we being English minority and respected find this a lovely place for all nationalities.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was reasonable. Almost all the staff were lovely and helpful. The food was excellent with a huge selection and we loved trying out different meals and weren't disappointed. Its a pity the weather was cooler than expected due to a siberian blast but this was an unknown phenomenom in Turkey, however we made the most of our stay and plan to return to enjoy the outside of the hotel as well as the inside.
