A wide range of entertainment options for every taste, and the charismatic entertainment staff kept everyone entertained day and night. Delicious cocktails are prepared 24/7, with plenty to choose from. They also offer cold ayran, perfect in the morning and during hot weather. A wide selection of dishes and a large dining area by the sea.

A wonderful hotel! A great place for a family vacation! This was our first time in Turkey, and we had a wonderful time! The hotel is located about an hour's drive from Antalya Airport, in the city of Side. It has its own private beach, a leisurely 5-minute walk away. I understand that the hotel is located on the beachfront, which is very important. The path to the beach is stone, and the beach itself has a boardwalk. Tall palm trees, bushes, and flowers grow along the path. The entire hotel grounds and surrounding area are also beautifully landscaped, and behind the hotel there is an olive grove with tangerine trees, pomegranate trees, and much more. The hotel staff is very polite and eager to help. The hotel has a cozy lobby with access to a spacious balcony. The lobby is open 24/7. You can drink tea, coffee, and other drinks there, as well as enjoy sweets. Service is a separate topic! The meal plan is Ultra All. It includes everything (including alcoholic beverages), except fresh juices. You can eat almost all the time; between lunch and dinner, you can have ice cream and burgers with fries. The cuisine is superb! Even as an inexperienced person, I loved everything. The menu is tailored to almost any consumer. There are a huge selection at all meals. We never made it to the à la carte menu. Anti-COVID measures are top-notch, from baggage and carry-on baggage handling at the hotel entrance to temperature screening at the restaurant. Sanitizers are everywhere, information signs are posted, personal disposable napkins are on the tables, and the staff wear masks strictly over their noses. The hotel has two large restaurants, one on the second floor of the hotel itself, the other by the sea. Drinks are served by waiters. Entertainment runs all day, with the schedule posted in the elevators. The hotel has a spa center, and a sauna was included in the price of the package. There's a large pool with cool water inside the spa. I've visited it twice, but we didn't purchase any spa treatments. The spa has a hammam, massage room, and showers. A 10-minute walk from the hotel is the bazaar called "Cide Grand Bazar." It's a large indoor market with separate pavilions where you can buy clothes, shoes, souvenirs, and much more. The hotel's clientele was mostly German. We also met Russian-speaking families, both from Germany and Russia. Overall, our impressions were positive; we'd go there again, as everything was convenient and comfortable. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, not crowded, perfect for a relaxing family vacation with children and parents.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience of the hotel and are now considering legal action.We booked a large family room which was actually a disabled room. As a family of 5 with teenage girls they were squeezed into a small main room with nowhere to empty their suitcases so had to leave all of their clothes in them for 10 days. The room was overdue a refurbishment and smelled of sewers. This was the least of our problems. From the very first use of the shower to the last day of our stay the shower room poured water out into the hallway and our room soaking everything. We had to use ALL of our bath towels on the floor which didn’t come close to soaking up the water. We complained every day to reception and told ‘an engineer will be sent’ to fix the problem. Engineers came every day with no success. We requested to be moved but were told on two or three occasions that the hotel was full. The eldest daughter also slipped on the wet floor injuring herself as well. The hotel communication since has been very poor with an offer of 50% of a massage and a free upgrade if we go back. We are now considering legal action for a refund and compensation as the hotel have not yet acknowledge my last email. Avoid!

The hotel is OK. It's not EU 5 stars, more like 4 stars.
Breakfast is poor, lunch is average, dinner is really good.
Beach is close and nice.
BUT THE NOISE IN THE EVENINGS IS UNBELIEVABLE!
The hotel plays the music so loud in the evenings at the events next to the pool that it is impossible to sleep or rest.
If you are on the ground floor closer to the sea, the speakers next to the pool will play annoying music for you all day whether you want it or not.
If you have young children under 2 and your child (or you ) is sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you.
Breakfast is poor, lunch is average, dinner is really good.
Beach is close and nice.

Some amenities that are advertised such as room service or iron in the room aren’t actually avaliable. Also, limited number of staff speak English so communication can be difficult.
If you’re travelling with young kids, please be aware than loud music can be heard in the rooms until 11pm.
Overall a decent place to stay but could do better.

Had a beautiful, great, excellent holiday at the Royal Atlantis Beach Hotel. Will definitely go back. Our room had issues which we reported but unfortunately couldn't be fixed.
The sliding door is not easy to lock, so it is easy to sleep without it locked. The fridge was not working, they know about this. The toilet flush system is not smooth. You have to play around it for it not to leak water, a waste of water. The kitchen was excellent, and the variety of fresh , clean food with beautiful condiments is excellent. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. We all had a lovely time! Indoor swimming hours could be at least extended if possible at the user's risk in case it means to pay manpower.
