We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — clean, comfortable and very relaxing.
A special thank you to the amazing animator / trainer Rasalinda — her classes were always motivating, fun and full of positive energy!

The only small downside: the Wi-Fi could be better.
But maybe it was even good — we finally had a real offline break and could truly relax.

Overall: great hotel, great atmosphere — we would definitely come back.

It’s NOT a 5-star experience. The servise was NOT good. The food was super basic. Many things are paid extra and are not included in the price. The most cheap sweets ever. The clima was super loud from the outside. The internet quality super bad. The coffee was awful in every corner. The staff did not offer nuts or sweets with the beers/coffees when they should have. The food is the same every day. It was not clear when the BBQ will work. For everything there are no labels and you have to ask separately. The staff cares only when you tip. Will not visit again. The dock in the see is paid separately 80 EUR per day. Only the night shows were good and the nature. There were NO cakes as in the pictures. Fake insta pics.

It's very crowded, but because it's such a large space, it doesn't feel like much. The food quality is above average. The chefs at the buffet have poor coordination. The waiters, while not very well-trained, are very friendly. There are reserved tables in the main restaurant, but I don't understand why. The pools are nice. Although the sea is far away, you can easily reach it by buggy. The rooms and garden design are very nice. Several hotels belonging to the same group are nestled next to each other, which can be a bit confusing. If you don't have high expectations, I recommend staying at this hotel.

The best experience ever! The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was great. Just a two-minute walk to a very clean, sandy beach and to the aquapark. The sea water was clean and very salty. The evening shows were nice and entertaining.

Stayed in August 2025. Our second time at this hotel, we stayed in a 3 bed villa which was massive, clean and modern, much better than the family rooms which need updating. We had a great time, hotel is clean, food is of a good quality with lots of choice. Swimming pools were clean and plenty of sun beds with shades. The beach was great, water was so warm and not crowded even in the height of summer. Service in the restaurant was hit and miss, if you don’t tip be prepared to wait for drinks. Main pool bars were very busy and probably could have had more than one person serving. Not all bar staff knew how to make cocktails so that was also a bit hit and miss and after queuing was disappointing. Entertainment team this year were very different to last year with far lower energy levels so we didn’t participate in anything. Last year we found all staff super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, this year we still had the same friendly faces but also new staff who weren’t as friendly and helpful. Overall we had a nice break in the sun but not sure we will go back for a third visit.

We recently stayed at Vonresort Golden Beach and had a fantastic time. The accommodation was stunning, perfectly located, and spotlessly clean, with wonderful air conditioning. We stayed in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, complete with a mini bar – ideal for us as a family of six (4 children and 2 adults). There was plenty of choice when it came to swimming, with multiple pools and an onsite water park. The slides were brilliant fun, and there were always plenty of lifeguards on duty, which was very reassuring. The entertainment team were incredible – they worked tirelessly from morning until night to make sure everyone was having a great time. The food was lovely with lots of variety, and the cocktails were beautiful. My only small disappointment was with the booking website we used – it was a little misleading. It suggested that only the a la carte restaurants marked with an asterisk had a surcharge, but in reality, all restaurants apart from the main one by reception are a la carte. If I could make one recommendation, it would be for guests to have one free visit to an a la carte of their choice per stay. Aside from that, it was a truly wonderful holiday – beautiful hotel grounds, clean and spacious rooms, great food, and fantastic entertainment. We would definitely recommend Vonresort Golden Beach for a memorable family getaway.

This has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far! The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day.

The swimming pool area was fantastic – always clean and plenty of sunbeds available, which made relaxing so easy.

The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach, or you can take the convenient bus shuttle service.

Cocktails were also a highlight – tasty and well made!

The rooms were okay – clean and comfortable, though nothing extraordinary.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi – the connection was poor and only worked properly in the reception and restaurant areas.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return!

The service at the pool bar is top-notch; the staff are friendly, quick, and always ready to make excellent cocktails. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The animators bring lots of fun and positive energy, making every day unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a vacation with a great atmosphere and excellent service!
