I have to say high expectations of this 5 star hotel as I arrived reception were so unwelcoming no welcome drinks even though drinks were there in 40c so helped myself with two kids. The hotel Only speak German very little English spoken. Gave us the room key and put a bracelet on us no explanation where to go dining etc facilities NOTHING. I got to my room was lovely no welcome pack or info. First night terrible put us on the 3615 very loud hotel next too us like a night club. I did complain to reception and was moved to another room facing pool 3106 better was charged 50 euros I thought I could pay when I check out but they were so desperate for my 50 euros that they blocked my keycard after day 2 and demanded payment seriously so I paid the money and they unblocked my card . Finally found out about where to eat from another guest who spoke English. Pool great beach lovely drink etc Hammann great. Do not go barber very RUDE jewelers he’s lovely and supermarket inside . Food in main restaurant was wide choices most of the food was luke warm. The food variety was great at the beginning then was beef beef beef chicken got fed up was wanting lamb as I don’t eat beef. I spoke to the main chef after I complained he made me lamb on the grill. I was not told Had there was an outside grill. As the info I had was from another guest there and not the reception what a big let down I did complain to management and they gave me a free Ala carte meal Turkish restaurant food got lamb chops Shame over cooked can’t win. Overall hotel is lovely clean good facilities but the first impression was a disaster I saved nearly a year for this hotel. Would I go back no . Shame really would I recommend ? No as it wasn’t 5 star service. I read before rude staff a waitress told me they won’t buy lamb as it’s expensive seriously. Another staff told me as I asked ice coffee very sugary and basically telling me I would get diabetes thanks mate for that !!! My kids were fed up after wanting go home was there 10 days I don’t think all inclusive was great and over priced. Will do a hotel B&B or self catering.

First of all if you are not German don't visit this hotel. Everything is relevant to German. During the accomodation we (group of 15 people with children) waiting for 6 hours meanwhile the hotel gives rooms to 40-50 new arrivals German. The staff didn't speak English or any other languages except German. The territory of the hotel is small. The rooms are big enough but no toilet accessories and the mini bar is restock only ones for 7 days. The animation if we could call it animation is look like a comedy show nothing close to animation. The food is good but no seafood except 1-2 fish on the barbecue. The cocktails are so-so depends on the bartender mood. Only good thing is the big beach BUT be prepared for sunbeds war. No available sunbeds on the small, small pool , they have only one pool , neither on the beach. The most disappointing was the attitude of the staff again everybody who wasn't German ( the tips didn't help).
