Booked the hotel as a last minute deal having visited the hotel twice previously in 2025. There is only one reason (well there are lots actually) for returning to this hotel and that is the incredible service offered by every member of the outstanding team, le by Savas, the General Manager who’s aim is to ensure every guest has the best holiday that he and his team can provide. First impressions, when arriving at the hotel, you could be forgiven for being a little underwhelmed by the facade of the building but as soon as the you are met by Mehmet, bell boy and enter through the automatic doors, you are about to have and initial negative thoughts turned on their head… Mehmet Ali, Emir and the amazing Reception team will ensure every concern or question you may have will be alleviate or answered professionally and with a smile. The hotel is maintained to an immaculate level within the rooms, public areas and all outside spaces and the team sometimes get overlooked compared to the “guest-facing” staff, but they all do a wonderful job. The food in the hotel is varied and of an exceptional standard for a smaller hotel and for this visit, credit to Savas, Veli and his team for ensuring that the focus was maintained on keeping the quality right through to the very last day of the season. Hasan and his team provided a very efficient and industrious service, always with a smile on their faces. Nuri and Mehmet offer a fantastic service both at lunch time and in their individual à la cartes in the evening where nothing is too much trouble and are regularly checking-in to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed. The teams operating all of the bars work so hard to ensure that nobody’s glass goes empty driven by their charismatic and conscientious leader,Ufuk. Special mention has to go to the Bar Captain, Halit, who works tirelessly creating phenomenal cocktails served with pizzazz every time exceeding everyone’s expectations. We visited the hotel as Savas was just completing his first season as General Manager of the Barut Andiz, following a number of years where the hotel has picked up award after award. The biggest compliment I can give him after season one is that it just gets better and better and 65%+ of returning guests can’t be wrong… Well done Team Andiz, keep up the great work and we look forward to seeing you all in April.

15th visit to this gem of a place. As a regular female solo traveller I have travelled to many places throughout my life but none compare - even the elite luxury long haul places cannot hold my heart like The Andiz - what makes this place special is the care and love that this team, lead impeccabley by its leader Savas the hotel manager, pour into you to make it so special. Most of the guests are returning year after year so we can’t all be wrong - you’re made to feel like family and they work extremely hard to ensure you are happy. Seen a recent review that genuinely made me quite sad and an average rating for food etc - well everyone is entitled to their view but what I would say is unfortunately you’re wrong - plenty of variety and lots of no smoking areas - half the pool and designated tables on the terrace are none smoking Savas - you did a cracking job in your first season as ‘the boss’ we adore you and your fabulous team - Halit - best cocktail maker in Turkey !! Ismail, Hassan, gorgeous George and Nuri my special fave. See you in April for my first fix of the year and hope for many more to come - keep doing what you are doing because we all love you and live our place ♥️x

The TUI Blue Barut Andiz is a special place. Small enough that you get personalised service, big enough that you get all the services you need/want. The rooms are well laid out, clean, comfortable and welcoming. As you arrive, first impressions are of a ‘average’ hotel, but beyond the entrance doors, a special place awaits. The location perfect for a wander along the seafront walkway to Side, with lovely views of the beach, in a peaceful location. The hotel staff are what truly makes a difference. Savas is an excellent manager, highly visible at the hotel making sure that everything runs smoothly, with customer satisfaction key - greeting guests, checking and ensuring everyone is having a great experience. Savas is proactive in implementing improvements and offering new experiences to guest, adding to the hotels’ offer. Nuri’s personality, humour and kindness shine through as he greets and caters for guests within the Culinarium, making each visit a moment to really enjoy. In the Olive Restaurant, Memhet leads the excellent customer service, working hard to make all diners feel special. The restaurant downstairs is good, but for us, the Culinarium and Olive restaurant are what make us return. Downstairs, Ismail is always with a smile as he provides pool service drinks, clocking up many circuits of the pool a day. Along with a strong bar and restaurant team, they provide smooth customer service. Indeed the hotel is so special that when asked by family about why we had returned, we explained about the hotel and they booked to stay too - leading to a couple of days that our stays overlapped and the staff did a great job of accommodating tables for 9! Many thanks to Savas for booking the Culinarium in advance and organising tables in the main restaurant.

I have food intolerance, and messaged hotel them my requirements. Immediately I had a response from Mehmet (front desk manager) and as we arrived late they arranged food for us. The food was excellent and more than we expected. Next day the Savos (hotel manager) met us and arranged a meeting with chef and service manager, to discuss food needs for the stay. When I went for my dinner in the evening everything was prepared as I expected, and this continued over the 5 day stay. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel including the beach. This hotel has private beach, and here food and drinks are offered, sun beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness is perfect, rooms are bright and have everything that is required. Special Thanks to service manager Hassan, Savos general manager, front desk manager Mehmet, Basri chef, cleaners, friendly girl Emine, waiters, as well as manager of spa Serkan,

This hotel has everything you need. It's one of the best all in hotels we've been to. The drinks / food and all the staff was amazing! They did everything they could to make it your best holiday. The rooms are very good. A big big thanks to the staff. Animation was perfect. Everything you need. Shops and Side are just a walk away.

We stayed for a week and found this hotel to be incredibly friendly, excellent service and the cocktails are the best we've ever had. It's immaculately clean and we met so many wonderful guests and staff. I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic hotel. Public areas spotless. Staff were amazing. Food was great with fab selection to suit all. Entertainment was great too. Says it all when a lot of the people around the pool were multiple time guests. Will definitely go back

We had an unforgettable, lovely week at the hotel. It was pure, wellment service from we arrived till we left. Great atmosphere, wonderful location and they had lots of activities offers. Hotel is beautifully maintained. It is so clean everywhere and great attention to detail. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and eager to please. I can see why so many people return. The food and drink quality were superb. The pool and beach area are spotless and staff serving ate very attentive. The manager is visible and clearly committed to delivering great customer service. The ancient town of side is beautiful and a lovely 20 min walk away along the sea front. Thank you for a great week !
