Dream World Hill Hotel in Side

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly. The restaurant is excellent, the food is varied and always fresh. The sea is a 7-minute walk away.

The hotel staff was very polite, understanding and kind to us guests. Especially the waiters were very helpful in every way and showed a warm welcome. We came on vacation as two friends, and while choosing this place, we prioritized its central location. On our first day at the hotel, we were assisted by the front office manager, Mr. Uğur, who quickly completed our check-in procedures and arranged a nice room for us. We were pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff. The quality of the food and beverages also met our expectations. Thank you for providing such a pleasant service.

First of all the welcome was very nice.We were cery happy. Esthetic place with top notch food with high quality. Excellent hotel, no complaints whatsoever, lovely friendly staff, food was amazing and lovely drinks. Had lots of cocktails and patisserie open all afternoon so always food available. Heated pool with lifeguard indoors, outdoor pool looked amazing but not quite warm enough in march, had some evening and daytime entertainment. Room was spacious and clean very modern and up to date, balcony, sea view, had shops, spa, kids club, gym, hairdresser. Everything you need for a good holiday at good price. Also had private beach with complex for lunch and drinks with shower and toilets. Recommend this hotel, if you come out at the back entrance by the pool you are on the main street for shops etc.

Upon arrival I was a little surprised that no-one guided us to our room as usually the bell boy does but we found it ok so no worries. We had a 2 bedroomed family room with an interconnecting door which was fine, the pillows were a bit too high but once we told the cleaner she changed them for us. Tea and coffee, a kettle and a mini bar filled with soft drinks, replenished daily if you wish were good. I found the hotel easy to navigate as its designed in a circular shape and not overly huge like some hotels in this area. The food was good, although the soup times at night were limited to 30 minutes which I thought was a bit tight. We enjoyed the themed nights and one night they even had Sushi. One morning they had a huge piece of natural honey comb too which was nice. The drinks provided were local alcohol and soft drinks, all sufficient and the waiters were extremely attentive. The animation team, especially Irem, were always friendly and accommodating without being too intrusive. Most of the guests are German at that time of the year, but they did play my music requests when asked. Considering it was out of season, there was a lot going on. For example, there were dance lessons and fitness to partake in during the day, and often some form of entertainment at night, we especially enjoyed the Asian acrobats, that was a fantastic show. My children soon discovered the patisserie which was a highlight of the hotel as they make fresh waffles with many different ice cream flavours and toppings to choose from. There were also lots of attractive cakes and a chef baking fresh pizza to order too! Down at the beach, there wasn't a lot going on as it was February, but we were lucky it was sunny though and around 21c. Not many shops were open around Kumkoy so one day we got a taxi to Evrenseki which never disappoints in terms of shopping and is only 5 minutes away. You can also get the dolmus there which is even cheaper. Outside of the hotel, left of the back entrance, there is a large shop which lets you pay by card and also if you pay in GBP for example, you can ask for your change in any currency so that was a handy way to get some Euros or Turkish lira for shopping. One thing that struck me about this hotel was that it was the first I have ever seen in this area where the staff seemed to enjoy their work and spoke highly of the management. Credit to the management for showing respect to their staff and making it an enjoyable place to work! Not something you often see in Turkey! I would return to this hotel, as the food and drinks were good, it had a relaxed atmosphere and the staff were great too. The location is good too as just a 5 min walk to the beach, it is surrounded by shops and just a quick ride to Antik Side (which is a must!) or Everseki or even Manavgat if you wish to explore your surroundings.

All is very good no complainged. Clean rooms. Great service. Treated with respect and kindness.. We go every year 2 till 3 times. Always this hotel. Food good u can choose out many different dishes. Deserts. Reception also fantastic. Always prepared to help u.

Tüm beklentimi karşıladı. Denize gitmek için ayrıca bir servise biniliyor ancak bu sizi endişelendirmesin. Servisle denize ulaşım 2 dk. Plajda tüm ikramlar mevcut. Tüm ihtiyaclarınız karşılanıyor. Sadece dondurma ikram kısmını biraz daha geliştirmeli ve rabet gören ürünlerin miktarı artırılmalı bence.

Best customer service ever, especially from bar staff. Rooms immaculate and food and cocktails delicious. They even had entertainment which was a bonus. Wish I was there now will definitely come back next year
