Very lovely and welcoming staff. Food is not bad with a variety of everything. Activities are great even during winter seasons. Beytul from guest relations is very helpful with informations and suggestions. Wish we knew some German cause apparently the majority is German speakers. But still all the staff will try best to help and always smile

Arrived in the middle of the night, 4 adults, 2children and 2 infants. When we got to our room it was full of ants, so rooms were changed, house keeping arrived really quickly with the cots and bedding for new room. Overall most of the staff were really nice, although some of the waiters particularly in the main restaurant were rude, they would be super helpful if you tipped them but just ignored you if you didn’t. On checkout day I asked if we could pay for the room until 3.30 in the afternoon but was refused saying hotel was full and we could use the spa facilities for a shower and change, however my Son was asked to leave the area with his twins (18 months old) because they were making too much noise and spoiling the atmosphere which I understand but really frustrating and not flexible at all, the hotel needs to be more flexible particularly as it was 45 degrees just thankful we didn’t have a later flight. The location was great right on the beach and overall we had a great stay.

Cannot fault this hotel at all. It was spotlessly clean, the food was good and the staff were fantastic. Two weeks of pure rest and relaxation, with the pool to ourselves every day, premium brand drinks and good entertainment. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic holiday Hotel is situated by the beach with a lovely shopping centre The hotel was fantastic. Spotless and well maintained. The staff were so polite and helpful they met us at the door and took our suitcases to our room . The room was spacious and perfect with a balcony overlooking one of the many pools. The food was amazing and could access snacks all day and through the night . Waiter service for bar drinks and and restaurant drinks . The gardens were well maintained A wonderful holiday Thank you to everyone

Paloma Oceana hotel in Mangatav Turkey. We had a a really nice stay with nice large Junior suite rooms. Lovely bathrooms with a large walking shower, has all the facilities, like a mini bar, safe, TV, hairdryer, iron and board need to request. Excellent for disable people as they cater for this. The hotel was spotless and catered for all your requirements. They have 7 restaurants. The main buffet resturant Avani Turkish al e carte. Quentine Mediterranean al e carte Wabi Sabi asian al e carte. Patisserie Curio Steakhouse. We ate at all bar the steak resturant. The food was good. There are 4 large pools with there owns bars. Another pool for the villas. There are also 2 x kids pools with large slides. There are 9 bars at the hotel. Every pool has a bar. There is a bar on the private beach. All bars serve premium alcohol of your choice and local. They provide snacks like nuts and crisps. We would like to thank the hotel for making a memorable experience and for all the good staff working there. From your house cleaners, waiters & Awaitresses, chefs and the hotel receptionist for making a memorable holiday. Some shout outs to staff. Second visit, not dissapointed , hotel is great. We had a bungalow room after a room swap from one thats position wasn't good for us, management sorted out straight away. Hotel is spotlessly clean, grounds immaculate , plenty of beachside bedchairs and umbrellas , great beach bar, main pool is fantastic. Food was good, sometimes could be a little warmer but plenty of choice, theme nights, especially the seafood was really good. We had the same waiter at night that we had two years ago, Mustafa , he's a gem and we had Fatima for breakfast and lunch, excellent service .

We have been coming to this hotel for about 6 years. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The food is varied and fresh, we do, however, miss the themed nights from a few years ago. I spent a very relaxing afternoon in the spa having a hamam and massage, the staff in there are so careful, mindful and experienced. Thank you to Tuba who was great in the morning easing me back into starting the day with her 10.15 am yoga/pilates. The gardens are exceptional and the jasmine was particularly fragrant on the walk to the restaurant for dinner. If I have to make a criticism it would be that I think a few more staff were needed to keep some of the toilets inside and out a little cleaner.

Beautiful place the beach bar food is a straight 10/10. The main restaurant food is so good it is like being like a billionaire . There war loads of places to relax including the sun beds. Staff are so friendly and if you have a problem the staff will sort it out in 5 minutes. A free bus ride to the aqua park about 20 mins away. The rooms are really good the balcony’s have a really good view either a street view,sea view or a pool view. It was so good that are family came back.

We had a brilliant family holiday at this hotel and it is definitely a 5* Family All Inclusive Hotel. We stayed in a Family Suite in the gardens, which was lovely and spacious it consisted of two bedrooms one twin, one double and two bathrooms which was perfect for us as family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The view from our room was lovely, the gardens and the relax pool. The hotel grounds are beautiful and so clean, all of the hotel is exceptionally clean, including the pools which are of good size with a choice of relax or activities. We went to the aqua park via the hotel shuttle bus and this was definitely worth the trip and again so clean with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas for shade and soft drinks and water was included. The aqua park is also no smoking and it would of been nice if the hotel followed the same rules, no smoking where children are playing. We had a family trip to the spa and as a family had the Turkish Bath (which was great fun) and then massages and face packs. The staff working there were so lovely, it was a great experience and definitely recommend. We booked meals at Avare and Quentine and both were lovely, the staff were excellent and they catered for my husbands birthday at Avare. Quentine is on the beach and we watched the sunset whilst having our evening meal which was just beautiful. You do need to download the App and book as soon as you arrive. We hired the older style cabanas which are situated on the beach, in front of the activity pool and near all the amenities, it was lovely to have our own private space whilst still near all the amenities. We want to say a very big thank you to Talip who was so welcoming and friendly and works above and beyond in very hot weather to look after us all, bringing drinks, fruit and our lunch, also a bottle of cava in the afternoon, he is a real credit to the hotel. We did the 3 for 4 day offer. We didn't ever worry about getting a sunbed as there are always plenty on the beach and if you do want a pool day then you do have to get up early to get a sunbed but this is nothing unusual for August. The food was really good and the hotel caters for allergies, we were asked at checked in, if anyone had any allergies and given a piece of paper to show in the restaurants, so the staff were aware of the allergy. You do have to use your own initiative and ask to be shown which foods are ok to eat but everyone was very helpful. The bar above the main restaurant did lovely cocktails and the lounge bar does branded drinks if you ask. We enjoyed the choice of places to eat at lunch time including the pizza restaurant. There are shops and bars across the road from the hotel and also taxi's. We got a taxi into Side one evening and definitely worth doing, and it was very easy to get a taxi back to the hotel. The hotel was also great for older kids / teenagers thanks to the teens club with a pool table, table tennis and other activities. We also enjoyed the beach parties on the Frid
