Consistently praised for spotless cleanliness and attentive housekeeping with daily linen and towel changes. Entertainment program is active but not intrusive, with highlights such as water aerobics and themed events like Oktoberfest. Spa services including Turkish massage receive high marks for quality and reasonable pricing. Rooms are described as well maintained, with good showers, toiletries, and a stocked minibar replenished daily. Staff across reception, bars, and restaurants are generally friendly and hardworking, providing excellent service even at busy times. Buffet meals are reported as repetitive with limited daily variety and sometimes served lukewarm. Some guests note a predominant German guest demographic and entertainment primarily in German, which may affect non-German speakers. Wi-Fi coverage is uneven, with no signal reported in some annex buildings. Pool area sun loungers are plentiful but placed quite close together, which could be cramped at peak occupancy. Certain guests experienced slow service and language barriers at bars, and some felt the buffet staff were less warm than other hotel areas.

We stayed at the Trendy Palm Beach Hotel last year - me, my husband and my parents (age range 40s to 70s) - and we all had a fantastic time. First impressions were great - a lovely warm welcome at reception and the whole place was absolutely spotless. The cleaning team were always pleasant and helpful, and the hotel is very well looked after. The entertainment programme was busy (in a good way!) - there was always something going on, but you never felt pressured to join in. Water aerobics was brilliant fun and really inclusive. Oktoberfest was superbly done with such a happy, buzzy atmosphere - one of the highlights of the week. Gala Night was the only disappointment as it wasn’t quite what was advertised - it felt very similar to the other evenings, apart from an unmanned cocktail table. Not a disaster, just not what we expected. Food-wise - you absolutely won’t go hungry! There’s food everywhere. The main dining room was well run and efficient; staff were polite, though not the warmest compared to other areas of the hotel. We loved watching the bakery food being prepared – a nice touch. The speciality restaurants were a really lovely experience and great to have different options during the stay. Most evenings we ended up on the main bar balcony playing cards, which became a bit of a ritual for us. The service there was excellent – the bar staff worked incredibly hard and were always friendly and attentive, even when it was busy. The spa was fabulous – I had a fantastic Turkish massage which was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend treating yourself. Rooms were great – good shower, decent toiletries, and a well-stocked drinks fridge. WiFi worked well throughout our stay. Pool beds were plentiful, although quite close together. It wasn’t an issue when we were there as it wasn’t peak season, but I imagine it could feel a bit snug when the hotel is full. There’s also a fab walk along the promenade into town which we did several times – such a lovely setting. We’d happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, especially if you’re travelling as a mixed-age group like we were. It worked brilliantly for all of us. We’d read a number of reviews beforehand suggesting the hotel was very German-focused and not great with English guests, but that honestly wasn’t our experience at all. Yes, we were definitely in the minority as Brits, but the staff always made an effort to speak to us when they could — and to be fair, we only speak English, so we can’t really complain! Thank you, Trendy Palm Beach, for a fantastic holiday.

The staff are what make this hotel great. From Abdil in the al a cartes and bar. To the lady who makes the drinks at the inside bar and the lovely woman at guest services. The hotel is clean and the rooms aren't huge but they are big enough with everything you would expect. The pool is big enough and all 1.6m deep apart from half of the small pool that is 1.4m deep. We never had an issue getting a sun lounger after 8 am each morning. We enjoyed the hammam and a massage for €50 to start the holiday. The international al a carte was great, but the Turkish alma carte wasn't great with yoghurt dishes that were a bit of a bush tucker trial. The buffet restaurant is the let down for this hotel with virtually the same food every day. A few dishes changed, but the vast majority was the exact same for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If they improved that, they would deserve 5 stars.

We arrived on the 27 September and was welcomed by very friendly staff and offered a drink. we was told where our room was in the annex 4 floor, the room was not the biggest but it had loads of places to put our clothes and a well stocked mini bar, it had a great view from the balcony. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, the omelette was one of the best I've had, dinner time we had a choice of the main restaurant or the beach bar both very good, night time the food was hit and miss for us the food was not hot enough and some night was better than others , we did get the chance to speak to the manager about it and was very happy with the feedback. The staff were very friendly (most of them) like all places of work there was some who worked harder than others. Great beach plenty of beds didn't have a problem on the beach or pool side. It was very clean in all areas . The entertainment was one of the best specially the October fest, would we go back YES.

We have just come back from one week at this lovely hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel and I would visit again. I have been to Side before so vaguely knew where I was. This is adults only and I would say our week practically everyone was over 55. The room in the 4th block had a sea glimpse but mostly road view. I would have loved a sea and sunset view but you can’t have everything. The room was clean and spacious and had everything you need. We forgot to take shampoo and conditioner and this was replenished daily. Towels changed daily and room cleaned. The food was really good quality, not always as hot as I would like but not cold. Huge variety in lots of places and something available 24 hrs a day! Plenty of sunbeds around the pools and on the beach. Some sunbed waiter service but not all the time so we went to the bar for our own drinks, it’s no hardship to walk across to the bar. As mentioned by others this hotel has a high number of people from other countries, didn’t bother us, although what did irk me a little by the end of the week is staff assuming one is German so always starting the conversation in German but soon changing to English. Also the entertainments guy speaks German all the time so we didn’t really know what was going on. The entertainment was very good, and you don’t get dragged in to stuff, unless you’re German at the end of every evening they did the conga and a dance that they obviously all knew, every night! I did like the separate smoking and no smoking areas. The gardens are beautiful and there are hammocks. We walked down to turtle bridge, I thought they might be terrapins but they are most definitely turtles, big ones well worth the look. We walked into side along the prom, it took over an hour and a half so taxied back! We caught the bus into Side and back, far cheaper option. A really lovely hotel in a great location.

Have just spent 9 nights at this hotel and honestly it's been incredible! From the moment we arrived at 22:30, we felt very welcomed - the late night dinner was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. Thought this was such a good idea as I have never experienced this before. The pool was great, managed to grab a couple of beds every day - even if it did mean dragging them around to a free spot. My only issue is with people reserving beds and not coming down till hours later. Also has a lot more beds on the beach front. The foam party on Tuesdays was so much fun! The entertainment team are excellent, the water aerobics at 11:30 every morning was fun to watch - Ramazan makes sure everyone's involved! The evening entertainment is mixed from us but has turned out to be enjoyable most evenings. Food has been a pleasant surprise, don't think I've had a bad meal yet. We tried the a la cartes and the Turkish was our favourite - definitely recommend. All inclusive drink selection was also very good, offering banana milkshakes on Tuesdays, separate cocktail station for the entertainment to limit queues, also offer table service. Another very good addition is the WiFi, very strong connection all over the hotel - even all the way down to the beach. Staff have been amazing, so friendly and helpful - from dropping the suitcases to room, the reception staff, cleaners and every waiter - honestly exceptional service. We booked this hotel for our anniversary and let them know a few days in, when we booked our meal. Communication between staff was great - we returned to our room to a lovely surprise display on the bed. As for it being catered to Germans - we didn't feel this was the case at all, music was varied but mostly English. Staff are fluent in German but as I said communication was flawless. As we visit a different country, we don't expect staff to be fluent in English. Overall our stay at Trendy Palm Beach has surpassed expectations, couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Transfer & Arrival Be aware: the transfer from Antalya airport took us two hours by coach. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it’s worth knowing, as it makes for an exhausting start after a long day of travel. Food & Drink This was our biggest disappointment. On our very first day, the food outlet times provided at check-in were incorrect, leaving us unable to get any savoury food until late afternoon. The buffet itself looked nice but was underwhelming: limited choice compared to other Turkish resorts, dishes scattered across separate areas, one inside area and another outside and worst of all, food was often barely lukewarm. By day four, both of us had upset stomachs for the remainder of our holiday (mine being so bad I was so unwell one day, I was room bound for a whole day!) reported to our tour operator Tui, but they didn’t really seem to care and made it apparent early that they do not accept liability or pay out any compensation for such matters and that would be something I had to claim direct with any travel insurance, which is pretty appalling considering my contract and booking is ultimately with them! And to be fobbed off no other reports of same, absolutely rubbish, no way have other travellers not experienced similar. Breakfast was particularly poor for Brits, minimal hot options, rarely any plain scrambled eggs, cereals rubbish and not like we’re used to, and again, hot food barely tastes warm. Overall, hygiene and food quality were such a concern that I’d warn others not to book here. Drinks were just as bad. Cocktails were undrinkable ( first night we choose a pina colada and another creamy based drink which tasted awful and served warm),l spirits were cheap local brands, and even a basic rum and coke proved impossible to order without pointing at the menu. The only drink we half-enjoyed was the “Mango Respect,” but it tasted more like squash than a cocktail. Language barriers at the bars for bar staff to understand basic orders were worse than I’ve ever experienced in Turkey. Pool & Beach The pool is an odd shape with awkwardly cramped sunbed areas. On our first morning at 9:30am we managed to get a bed, we resorted to reserving a bed early morning, but close to end of our stay noticed people where reserving the night prior which is not ok and the hotel clearly don’t police it. With the size of the hotel, I can’t imagine there are enough beds at full capacity, there are lots more down at the beach but I’m not keen on beach myself so never used this other than an evening walk. Entertainment & Atmosphere The highlight (for younger guests like us) was the Tuesday DJ foam pool party, but this wasn’t advertised anywhere, much like the rest of the entertainment, which was poorly communicated and often inaccurate compared to the lobby board. They should really use a QR code system for daily activities, just as they do for drinks menus. Evening entertainment was lacklustre: not enough seating, bingo nights that guests had to pay

my partner and I came for a week for my 21st birthday and what a experience. the hotel is incredible, house keeping were amazing couldn't fault them at all, nighttime entertainment was great. a few downsides we had read reviews saying how it was mostly German guest but we didn't let that put us off. on our first day it was obvious that the large majority of guest were German and for the first few days the day time music by the pool was all German, the opening of the bar the intro is German the song is German which makes it difficult for us as a English speaking couple. unfortanly the service from staff at the bars, restaurant and at the night entertainment, was very bias, as we could sit for minimum 30 mins with nobody asking if we would like a drink or with empty glasses and when we would go to the bar our sleeve we were told to sit down and someone would come to us ( staff were walking back and forth looking at us but just ignoring us) as for day time entertainment it was very same thing different day. water gym with the same things same songs every day I think that it would be better that they changed it up bit but that's just our feedback. as I know they aren't technically part of the hotel but the photographers on site are a rip we booked for a photoshoot on my birthday and when we went to get some on them we were told that it was going to cost us over 1,000 euro for them as we weren't allowed to just buy a couple and that it was 10euro per photo. personally it was an absolute rip off and were devastated. over all the stay was lovely but was a very 50/50 feeling about it all

The beach location is beautiful with nice walks in either direction. Side harbour is about 3 miles along the promenade & Turtle bridge is just over a mile away in opposite direction. It was amazing to see the turtles in natural environment.Very friendly staff who work very hard, Bovak is a great young barman at the pool bar. Room cleaning very good & good selection of good quality food.

I cannot fault this hotel on anything. Rooms were very clean, and servicing was very good. Food choices were amazing. Lots of kebab meat choices, salad plus regular burger and bar stuff. Drinks were good and served at the bar and a mobile bar visited the pool. All of us (4 adults) enjoyed it. The pools are great and very clean, with outside toilets nearby. There was entertainment but we preferred to sit in the lounge bar in the evening. We took a taxi to Side which was 11€, which is an interesting ancient town nearby.
