All the staff worked a lot but they almost did not speak English. There is also a restaurant on the beach, but they do not serve any alcoholic drinks, they make it only at the bar by the pool

Excellent! We were amazed by the service offered by reception, restaurant and cleaning personnel. Food was delicious ( attention to weight gain ! ) The sea was close and good to swim

The food was good, nothing to write home about but you definitely won't stay hungry and you always have decent options for a good meal

If the following issues were resolved this hotel would be amazing. The cutlery, glassware and plates were always stained and never looked properly cleaned, we had to wipe them all with tissues before eating

Memory massage stays for longer! The fish pool needs cleaning. Always a delicious tea after the treatment. In a beauty salon you have to be careful when you take your drinks. Better to have something twisted in a bottle

Perfectly clean beautiful pools. Volleyball on the beach at 4pm. The volleyball player is cool guy. The rooms need renovation and cleanliness. Professional masseurs Ferit and Silegman. Individual approach to the patient

Excellent service, very flexible. Good food, plenty of drinks. Very close to beach.

The beach is about 10 minute walk which was no problem for us ( shuttle service available ). Our only niggles were that eating at the restaurant on the most popular times was a rush. ( with people skipping lines etc

(also plenty of treats for the children: ice cream, cookies and snacks at the pool) The kitchen was perfectly fine for us: good food ( focus on Turkisch kitchen), wide choice and sufficient variety between the dishes in the buffet and a neat presentation

If you want to sit by a sun lounger then be prepared to get up around 5am to secure one! Booze is local stuff so not so strong although does the job. No real complaints except the sun loungers and the first room!

Our room first night was not what we booked and only corrected after 2 days. The staff were excellent, food as vegetarians go was good, but need better signage on the food. Some had meat but didn't look like it

Me and my husband had a great 10 day stay at the glamour resort and spa hotel, was very clean, the food was good the entertainment was also good. Two girls Sevinc and humaira, were lovely 🥰

Everything was ok, very nice staff, nice hotel but the restaurant served almost the same food every day.

The sauna and Turkish bath were clean and they used a nice scent (we asked, they said it was golden amber 😁) It was relaxing. The hotel is 35 years old and the rooms and other furniture need to be renewed

The beach is large,sandy, reasonably comfortable sunbeds and big umbrellas. What I didn't like: The main restaurant is very crowded at dinner time. Queues everywhere, especially at the bar

The food was plentiful and delicious, there was everything you wanted. The activities were enough this season, since the hotel was not crowded, it was like being with friends in all activities

Sadettin, who is at the door at the entrance to the hotel, helps everyone from welcoming to sending off. The male bartender at Fika cafe makes very nice latte, I recommend you try it

We like traditional turkey food but they have classic Mediterranean Europe foot too. The near is hotel beach with bar and more beach sunbeds. The hotel have big pools with poolbar

We have been to Turkey about 20 times and have been really impressed with this hotel. Its quite compact not like some of the big hotels but it gives it a more personal feel

First of all, as a huge trip advisor reader, I read so many reviews before booking this hotel and always said when I was back Id right an honest review based on my experience

We arrived in the middle of the night and was greeted by friendly staff who took our luggage to our room and showed us the features of the room

They advised us where food was available during the night and asked if we wanted anything

Lack of entertainment inside the indoor bars and very bad piped music (Xmas songs in August ) food needs to be hotter. Positive Staff are fab and extremely helpful, food though sometimes cold is very tasty

Entertainment team ok but Rambo is fab. Not very many English guests in the hotel

We then realised that despite it stating no towels on loungers around the pool till after 7am that that doesn't happen and seemingly people go out very early indeed

We arrived at past 3am and there was a section with some bread, juice selection, fruits and coffee available. The hotel grounds were quite clean, the staffs were quite welcoming and hardworking

Our experience is the reason why spring and autumn holidaying remains the best options for me to avoid the holiday crowd at destinations and coughing up higher amounts

I read up quite a bit before booking this hotel and was beyond satisfied with our experience. We did give a tip of a few euros at the reception but this was after we had already been allocated our pool-view hotel room

The hotel advertises free spa and Turkish bath but when you get to the spa, you get a brochure with prices for the different spa services with the staff there saying the free services is only if you do it yourself

If you are interested in activities outside the hotel, you can get a taxi into Side town for sightseeing and culinary experiences but you could also get a package from the guys that would try talk you into one at the hotel pool area

Today he rudely insulted my wife when she refused him. I absolutely do not recommend his services

I recommend the Turkish a la carte meal which is included in your stay. Staff are all lovely and accommodating

The shower was the hottest I have ever experienced abroad and very powerful so it made life easier dealing with my long hair. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at every level

Room was a tad small but didn't bother us. Room has TV, fridge , hairdryer, toiletries, kettle large walk in shower. Water replaced but abundant store in large fridge in bakery area

10 min walk to beach with all inclusive bar/ eatery or shuttle bus every 15 mins or so. 5 mins to small selection of shops, cash point, pharmacy & covered market. 20 mins other direction to larger area of shops

Recommend the Sahin Steakhouse, first restaurant on left if you go this direction. We drink lager so OK but no cocktail list. Never known that before ! Entertainment team provide darts, French boules

The waiters in the restaurant never approached us, although they did approach some tables

Buses to Side also depart from the hotel for 2 euros. There are restaurants on the beach and in the pool area where you can order à la carte dishes. The main restaurant serves buffet-style meals

The main advantage of the hotel is its excellent beach. The beach is wide, and the beach staff cleans and maintains the sun loungers. The level of service is simply zero. The reception staff was terrible and unfriendly

The hotel is arranged in 4 blocks the far end of which is some distance from reception especially when after a tiring journey the key cards failed to work compounded by the fact that the safe didn't work once we got inside

The hotel is at the top of a hill and is a real slog to reach after a day of swimming, beach volleyball or other strenuous activity. At the hotel itself the food was excellent

what they need is some way to reach the beach a bit more easily. That said , at the beach there is a full range of activities from banana boat to paragliding

The food is excellent, but the restaurant does not have names of dishes in Russian. Alcoholic beverages need to ask the waiter, not in the public domain. Ice cream sandwiches for dinner, very tasty

My Husband and I went for our first anniversary and we had a fantastic time the hotel was amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful food was out of this world will highly recommend and looking to come back next year.

Pool area was amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about the entertainment team that kept us busy every day apart from Sunday ( people have to rest ) Drinks are plentiful and snacks in the afternoon by the pool amazing

Staff were helpful even if at times was a struggle as most didn't speak English as this was a German hotel but they tried and in the end if you learn a little basic turkish like what a bottle of water is at dinner etc then everything was good

Entertainment on the beach from 35 to 80 dollars. Bottled water and bottles are everywhere. At the beach there is a hotel restaurant, it is possible to eat and drink drinks

Upon arrival we were met at the drop of point and our bags collected by the concierge team and escorted to the reception , the reception team checked us in without any issues and we were escorted to our room

Clup Side Cost is one of the most ideal hotels to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday. Both the cleaning of the rooms and the cleaning of the pool and common areas were extremely meticulous

Also in every 10 min there are buses to Side and Manavgat from the bus stop next to a hotel (cost 2 EUR per person). The best thing is that there is no need to come back for lunch to hotel

The food was great, The pool and activities also great. We enjoyed activities with animator (Seren🤗). The rooms were ok, but dirty. Pool was really nice, we had dancers (the one in pink costume was really good)

We just got back from Sural Garden yesterday and man, what a wonderful stay it was! The Staff was superfriendly, we loved restaurant manager Murat Bey, who made sure that the food was fresh and delicious, also waiters were great and caring, and the best one out there was Metin(thank you for your service bro😉)

Rooms were clean, food and drinks delicious and me and my girlfriend consider our stay at Sural Garden, the best holidays in our lives and we definitely wanna get back there in a couple od months 😉 I can recommend Sural Hotel to everyone, you won't regret IT!

As you enter the hotel there are nice looking rooms in seperate buildings - but these are next to the pool and where the entertainment happens at night. but the main building is horrible! Staff nice and friendly

The owner of this hotel was on the news this week, he made a controversial statement "burkinis not welcome" . Hence the recent low points. I've never been in this hotel before, but now I'm thinking of giving a try.

The rooms were cleaned daily and the drinks were restocked in the fridge. The location was also great! There was a market in front of the hotel and the beach was within a walking distance (about 15 minutes on foot)

We really enjoyed the food in the main restaurant as the options were endless and something new appeared every day. We were staying there at the beginning of October and it was still hot and felt like peak summer

I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well
