Club Grand Aqua - All Inclusive in Side

I recommend massages at the spa by Jessie, good energy and great relaxation. Friendly hotel, nice service and delicious food.

Excellent hotel. Cleanless at top level. Beautifull beach with a full service. Friendly personnel. A lot to do for children. Amazing garden, rivers, waterfalls, slides.. Great drinks consisted of imported alcohol in inclusive option. I am impressed and can recommend Club Grand Side &Aqua to everyone. You Won't be regret. Only small con - stuff don't speak English well, only German.. Ps. The biggest pros is no RU there ':)

First of all, we were shocked when we saw the Grand Side in the photos and came across the fact that we had chosen the hotel and gone to the Aqua retirement area, but thankfully, we were told by a receptionist; She gave us a room on the Side side… Jolly Nazar Hanım took care of us, I was pleased because I was on a diet, but if I wasn’t on a diet, I would have looked for tulum cheeses, Ezine, nice white cheeses, and labneh cheeses in such a cheese gourmet establishment because edam and gouda cheese are not my thing at all.. I think corn is good on the beach, not for dinner.. It could have been a nice lasagna.. Thank God the cheesecake was nice… I wish there were napkins on the tables.. Those waiters throwing plates and bowls next to us while we were eating a cultural meal were really bad.. I have never been bothered by so much visual and sound pollution… There were ten people chatting at the pool bars but only one queue, a friend helps you, civil servant attitude.. People who were racing against time, not in the service sector, who were just trying to finish their own work, were very robotic… I think looking for napkins and water, the fact that the water was only in bottles at the poolside bar were disadvantages, but there was a serious pool size in the Amazon, so it needs maintenance.. It was magnificent… Being in nature especially.. ice creams were homemade but not for me to be honest… animations created confusion in which hotel they would be and there were no comfortable sitting areas in the evenings, people might want to sit on the couch in an air-conditioned environment… reception is far from Side and there were no drinks, Aqua reception is nice but oh well… our gentlemen wanted to watch the match, there was no air conditioning in the match room… everyone watched the night party in the pool standing and it was like wait, wait, children entering the pool at night and the dark environment scared me more… the animation team was like guests, gentlemen… the blonde thin lady was very active but… maşallah I said… there was another lady who did water pilates but I don’t know, she was like a national athlete, people want to see more friendly people on holiday but whatever, she got me excited, it was an effective sport.. my god it doesn’t take long, it takes 45 minutes easily… it was a very suitable hotel for those who don’t want to pay for sports… I wish there were hammocks on the road to the sea.. You are responsible for your life safety, not us. it made me cringe…there could be a pontoon in the sea but it didn’t deepen quickly and the sand was great but the sea bar could be made as far from the beach as possible, in other words a place under a mat integrated with the sea…For a la carte, a guest relations manager like a retired soldier just said there was Ottoman, we said ok..where did we ask for Çökertme..Bodrum cried…the appetizers were good but what were those hard white nodules in Adana, you start by saying it tastes good but there it is…one could put on an Ottoman themed music…Foreigners would at least breathe in the culture…I had a sound bomb, I said I would do it, I don’t want to be officious..the wave pool and the antique pool concept, the base stones were my favorite feature of the hotel..the fog cave especially…I loved it…the balconies were small in the room, so would I go again? I don’t know…the holiday was nice but still…it would be better if I didn’t burn the bottom of the okra just to write this article..Thank God it locked the taste to the bottom

We were accommodated in a family room with small children. Suggestion for improvement: non-functioning reservation form on the hotel's website, the hotel does not respond to emails, very weak WIFI connection, there was none in the room, ice cream only from 1-5 p.m., popsicles were not part of the all inclusive and were for an extra charge, the football field was not modified, although they tried to water the grass, the evening shows were moderated in German (it would be appropriate to moderate these events in English as well), the train to the beach only ran 3 times a day. Lack of sunbeds at the Club grand side pool. The water attractions were limited in time. Positive feedback: Cleanliness, daily cleaned rooms. Restaurant clean, plenty of staff. Plenty of very good food and drink. The family room is big. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool in Club grand aqua and on the beach. The social facilities on the beach are perfect. The beach is beautiful, clean and tidy. Great activities for children - climbing frames, toboggans... The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Great place. Impressive number of pools, many attractions for children and also for adults (I specially recommend crazy river 😁). Last but not least, the food was awesome. Great choice for vacation, especially with children.

For me it's 4* hotel with 5* entertainment. Food is good but little choice and boring. Aquapark for children is big and nice. Aquapark for adults and teenagers available in Club Grand Side is also very good. Friendly staff. Clean and wide beach.

The owner of this hotel was on the news this week, he made a controversial statement "burkinis not welcome" . Hence the recent low points. I've never been in this hotel before, but now I'm thinking of giving a try.
