The rooms, pools, restaurant are very nice but the service is quite bad and the food (lunch and dinner) is really not good. Breakfast is good though. The staff (some of them) is unrespectful. Almost nobody knows English with makes communication very hard. Cleaning staff is very kind and clever.

Everything is fine. Not only like not educated tourists who gain a lot of food and not half eaten. The waiters then throw away. I understand the freebie, but it's disgusting! So it is impossible. But nagging in the comments to every detail.

Just returned from an 11 night holiday here and it was a lovely holiday. The hotel is kept really clean even the lifts are checked for cleanliness throughout the day. Loved it..what they need is some way to reach the beach a bit more easily. That said , at the beach there is a full range of activities from banana boat to paragliding. The hotel is at the top of a hill and is a real slog to reach after a day of swimming, beach volleyball or other strenuous activity. At the hotel itself the food was excellent. We're leaving happily as usual. It's a bit crowded, especially on weekends, because it's winter. You might have to wait in line at the lobby bar. Other than that, there were no problems. Everything was great.

This is our third time back to the hotel. It's one of the few hotels open in winter. In January, we had a heated outdoor pool. The food is good, not very varied—mostly the same every day—but everything is delicious. The rooms need renovation.

We booked a room with a sea view. The receptionist said they had the right to change the room category and gave us the worst room with a roof view. We were told to complain to Trip.com. The manager we called turned out to only speak Turkish and couldn't help. This is our third time at the hotel (repeat reservations), and we didn't expect such rudeness.

Hotel is genuinely plush and lives up to 5 star advertising. It isn’t in the centre of side but travelling to side is easy and really cheap via the little hotel buses that go by every day. We had a very good week in the Mary Palace Resort. The food was fantastic, the personnel was very kind. We have tried to learn a couple of Turkish words and enjoyed the enthusiasm of the crew to stimulate that. Also the animation was very nice, thanks Legend and others. I just came from Aletris hotel and had the best experience there, i would recommend it to all of you especially the staff was amazing, everything was on point especially cleaning, i hope they get paid well. We were pleased with many things at the hotel, especially the animation team and Seren Hanım, but the food at the restaurant could have been better and more varied. The chef from Adana gave the food in numbers - We participated in the water gymnastics activity, morning gymnastics and many other activities. We loved the animation team very much. Overall, the hotel is fine and the beach is close to the hotel. When it comes to food, there’s a wide variety, but dinners are the best. The hotel and bar staff are excellent. If you need something at the bar just ask Osman he’s very nice and helpful 😊

For me it's 4* hotel with 5* entertainment. Food is good but little choice and boring. Aquapark for children is big and nice. Aquapark for adults and teenagers available in Club Grand Side is also very good. Friendly staff. Clean and wide beach.

Great place. Impressive number of pools, many attractions for children and also for adults (I specially recommend crazy river 😁). Last but not least, the food was awesome. Great choice for vacation, especially with children.
