The staff on reception were great, very pleasant and friendly. Our room was fab! They seem to look after their guests.
On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and proficient in German and Turkish, creating a friendly atmosphere. The hotel was clean and cozy, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The restaurant offered a tasty variety of food options, and there were plenty of activities for guests to enjoy. The pools were clean and inviting.
However, some downsides included the need for towel replacements throughout the hotel and slow, unreliable internet service. The pool areas tended to get crowded, requiring early morning reservations of your spot seat. Additionally, communication in English was challenging due to limited staff proficiency.
In summary, while the hotel had its strengths, such as friendly staff, cleanliness, and food variety, it also had areas for improvement, such as towel quality, internet stability, pool space management, and staff English proficiency.
In case of medical treatment please be aware that Anatolia Side hospital one of the worst medical centres and very expensive one to medical treatments!!!
