Han Hotel in Dalyan

Bathroom was old and dirty. Rooms were old. Linings were not ironed. Receptionist asked too many questions even more than passport control check, not sure why. We found another hotel and left it immediately. We did not even ask for reimbursement. Do not go to this hotel.

this hotel was the darties place that ive ever been .DONOT trust some of reviews about how this hotel is great .... sheets are awfullll i mean you can see .... on sheets . it was. dissapointed

Place was dirty and unkept. Pool was being cleaned but after a few days still unsuitable to swim in. Hairdryer blow up. Wall units doors hanging off. The socket for your key fob fell off. New Manager very helpful. (Not enough staff) This hotel great location for town and river but rooms need refurbished.

Unscrupulous establishment. Not even hot water for a shower. No curtains in the rooms. We are paying for breakfast, but we are told that there is none. One hour of waiting to get a room. Heating/air conditioning problems… The staff tries to do their best to find a solution but it’s not their fault. Don't go to this hotel.

Just the worse experience we have ever had with an hotel, so bad that I can't put 0 stars.

We went there in the winter season, the receptionist warned us before renting that there were some restauration work going on but starting at 11 am but he obvisouly didn't mention that there was not hot water, no heater, no curtains, a broken chair, broken flush,...

We were the only customers and had to wait 45 minutes before the room gets prepared. Once they told us it's now ready we had to wait another extra 20 minutes and help the receptionnist to bring and install curtains (my boyfriend even had to install it himself because we just didn't want to wait no more), to turn on the heating system (the room was freezing cold). In the morning what a surprise when we realized that there was no hot water in the hotel.

We asked to talk with the boss for a discount, they declined pretending that he didn't speak english even if the receptionnist could have translated and even when we offered to call out Turkish friends to translate for us.

After no discussion and no discount their card machine was broken and they asked us to withdraw cash money, we explained that we would have 80 TL fee on the withdrawing because of foreign card and asked for a discount only for the withdrawing fee and they also turned it down.

What a scam, just don't go to this place. The room was obvisouly not ready and the hotel shouldn't have accepted us and stayed closed but instead the boss wanted our money so he rented it anyway and didn't provide any decent service.
