Lot of place without people just dry towels. I turn about 15min or more to find a place front of the pool and what I can see ? Towels and nobody !! The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful; they clearly love their jobs. All the food we ate was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all the chefs! Every area is spotless. I've stayed in many high-end, famous hotels, but I've never seen staff who are so dedicated and perform their jobs so exceptionally well. Hats off to them!

I am severely disappointed in the customer service of reception and guest services. For a 5 star hotel such as the Titanic, their staff are not appropriately trained to place a guest's needs first. Just returned from a 2-week stay at Sunis Kumkoy Beach Resort. The cleanliness and facilities at the hotel are absolutely superb. We had dinner at Aztek Mexicano and it was just amazing. Huseyin was our waiter and did a marvelous job. We’ve been to Turkey many times but this was the best dinner we have ever had in Turkey. 10 out of 5 stars for us, when we come back to Sunis we will definitely go and have dinner at the Aztek Mexicano. Location is good, buildings and all stuff looks old. There is line almost everywhere that you have to wait. And hotel management looks ok with this. This is all inclsuve but they try to make money for anything extra like playing billard :/ stuff is not kind cant blame them maybe they work a lot

We were in your hotel in October 2024 and we were very satisfied. That's why we bought a stay for next year and this time from 11.10 to 24.10. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to get a room with a direct sea view, which we regret. But we believe that we will still enjoy our vacation! Fantastic hotel, place is spotless. The staff are first class & go out their way to serve & help you. Numerous bars in the hotel. There's a bus stop & taxi rank right outside & cheap to get to Side. Would recommend this hotel. We're going back.

Straight from the off knew we had picked well, nice rooms and great location, only a little Dolmus ride from right outside the hotel to Side Old Town.
