In general, everything was good. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a great time. The room was clean, the food and its varieties had many options despite it being winter. First time at this hotel, observations: 1) The hotel has been undergoing a gradual renovation since 2023: rooms, the main restaurant, some public bathrooms, the children's area + children's restaurant, and the spa complex (including the gym) are already complete and look great. 1. The shower in the room was leaking very badly. 2. The guys at the reception are very polite, and the girls are on their phones and don't notice you. 3. Everything was great! The food was delicious and varied, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned well, but it depended on who was cleaning that day. Sometimes they didn't clean, so I had to ask, and they only took out the trash and changed the towels. The grounds are small, but very green and cozy. The spa is excellent, with a hammam, Finnish sauna, steam room, and swimming pool...

I liked the hotel, large well-maintained grounds, two tennis courts, updated restaurant area, new rooms, very comfortable, quite a large selection of food, despite the fact that it is not yet the season, two huge swimming pools, a new kids' club and a separate cafe for children, the spa area is also updated, there are a lot of spa programs, with alcohol not so much, the selection is small and not expensive

An important point: this review is about staying at the hotel during the off-season! Very professional yet friendly staff. They made my stay as enjoyable as possible. From being flexible in extending my stay due to unexpected circumstances, to allowing my friend to join me 1/2 way through the stay, everyone made this trip the most joyful it could be.

Visited Voyage Sorgun in August (our second visit to a voyage hotel) and had a lovely time! However we did have to change our bungalow (we were put at the back overlooking a road!). We were very pleased with our stay. The food and service were beyond praise, just like in the best restaurants. No complaints whatsoever. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. However, the rooms and common areas are long overdue for renovation.
