The quality of the food and the taste not as expected for the price that they charge! For example, they use the same cheap type of one kind of fish and make different dishes with it but the fish itself is not tasty and god knows what it is!!

My Mother is 90 years old and was helped very much by all staff but the waiter that helped the most with outstanding service was Ekrem IIsaoglu. Me and my partner visited Side and decided to go via TUI to the Paloma Perissia hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment and hospitality of the staff and well as the variety of the food and drinks. Going for an All Inclusive experience is a must, and will be definitely worth the price! We really enjoyed the night activities and the quality of the food at the main restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and had a great time. The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were lots of entertainment and activities throughout the day. I do not recommend it to parents with children! The animators (as well as most of the staff) do not understand simple sentences in English/German. In the mini club, the animators do not offer games to children if they do not speak Russian/Turkish.
