The reception staff is rude. The food is bad, cold, greasy, there is no meat except for the chicken but the bones. The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. It is far from the city, so it needs more content or better animation .

We come every year one day to celebrate our Anniversary because we met here the first time amd fell in love. It was bad last year but now got better. An incredible hotel with amenities everywhere. Paloma is a full all inclusive, but I would state that the time of year will affect how much of the hotel is open. The beach was clean and the food offering was 7/10 everyday. I'd return here in the winter time for an affordable getaway at a great price.

Best entertainment, lot of games during day and shows in the evening. Also entertainment for kids. Big pool with good slides. Entertainment crew is great, Mohamed is very funny and Amina is good trainer (dance and fitness). Rooms are cleaned every day, food is delicious. Lot of bars with international drinks and cocktails. Beach is 500m from the hotel and there is bar also.

Hotel building & facilities a bit too old for 5 start hotel but with great hospitable personnel. Good for families with children. Consider you need to leave the hotel to go to the beach. Overall rating I for this hotel would be 4 out of 5

I've been staying in this hotel for three years in the row now:). It is very lovely hotel. Plenty to do and to see. Great big territory with amazing plant selection. It is like little oasis. You can wonder between two hotels which are on the same territory and use swimming pools, restaurant etc. Do check out the sunrise from the terrace of the hotel next door!!!!The access to the beach very convenient...

This hotel is absolutely perfect. Great for everything, families or couples. The food is so great, the internet is amazing, the pools and aquaparks are amazing. The staff is very very nice, they are so friendly and understand many languages! The best staff is Ayse who is a life guard and she is very very nice and friendly and will help you a log. She is very active too and is the best lifeguard.
