The cleaning of our room was poor. The floors were dirty and hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get more. On top of that, there was no soap in the bathroom. Smoking outside does not have any regulation, not good for non-smokers.

Just got home from our family holiday here and it was amazing. The hotel was stunning and so so clean. The staff are lovely. So many pools and my children loved the water slides. Great access to the beach.good was amazing. Felt very safe there and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

We came here for my best friends birthday and had a great time in the azura deluxe hotel. the staff is nice, the food is very versatile and good. the beach is great as well although if you want a deck chair on the pier you’re gonna have to get up very early.

Beautiful stone beach with a pier to lounge on. Interesting things to do nearby for a day trip but we decided to enter full relax mode Very happy with the quality and availability of food and drinks. We tried some of the ale carte restaurants but prefer the main buffet style dining area for the variety and no wait. One of us has an unusual allergy and the chef took very good care of us.

The hotel used to be luxurious long time ago. now it is far from 5 stars. All baths are dirty - rust, mold and repulsive smell. Though if you complain - they could clean it better and the smell gets bareable. The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. Rested at this hotel in July 2015. The hotel is family-run, quiet, peaceful night brawlers was not. If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room. Will definitely be in this hotel.
