All compliments primarily go to the hotel staff — special praise to the housekeeping ladies and the young man at the reception, who were very kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean and maintained daily, and the food is excellent and varied. The water in the pool is very clean — highly recommended!

Nice hotel, we stayed here for 6 days and it was very pleasure. The food is super, but the stuff is wonderful and the waiters are very polite. Huge love to Vika, we will come again 💕❤️

Great place in a very good location, only a couple of minutes from the Beach. We arrived before check-in time and could go eat lunch although we weren’t checked in yet. There is plenty of food choices for everybody to eat. I consider breakfast to be the weakest link. Would like to also have fruits at the breakfast table. It was good experience here. Good location, delicious meal and good bar. Hotel has big and beautiful territory and two swimming pools, nature’s good around hotel. Room was clean. Staff is smayling and polite especially i want to say thanks boys from bar and restaurant. I’ll come back)

We had a wonderful holiday at Tucasa Gelidonya in October! The weather was perfect, the place was peaceful, and everything was beautifully arranged. It was an unforgettable time with friends. Many thanks to Edwin Holidays, especially Ms. Suna and the whole team, for organizing everything so perfectly — their kindness and professionalism made our trip even more special. I have been to Tu Casa Gelidonya Hotel at the beginnig of October 2025. We went there has a group. And I can say it was one of the best holidays I have had. Please ignore the bad reviews as I believe it is not true. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. The food is turkish tradition food with a various of options. Animation team do a great job to entertain...

The guy who works at the market keeps coming up to the bar, staring at the female tourists and making them feel uncomfortable.

Overall it was nice, only what I don't like is that we have a room on the third floor without an elevator. One of the people at the info desk was so cheeky, but it was still OK.

We have just came back for 1 week here and after reading the reviews before we came we were very nervous but we didn’t need to be. We didn’t pay a lot for 1 week all inclusive and we definitely think it was a bargain. Food was more European but there was something each day we liked. Snack bar was burgers, wraps, chips, onion rings and chicken nuggets. Staff were all great and hotel was always clean...
