Consists of three 3-storey building.

The hotel has 170 rooms.

We had a wonderful holiday at Tucasa Gelidonya in October! The weather was perfect, the place was peaceful, and everything was beautifully arranged. It was an unforgettable time with friends.
Many thanks to Edwin Holidays, especially Ms. Suna and the whole team, for organizing everything so perfectly — their kindness and professionalism made our trip even more special. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolutely terrible, mould growing in rooms, rooms run down and need an update. food was terrible and the butter was out of date makes me wonder about the rest of the food, people just push in and shoulder barge to get to the food first, we had cockroaches in our rooms several and nothing was done about it, it was thrown in the street and I was ushered off, all staff but 1 man on reception and one lady clearing tables where rude and arrogant and supposedly didn't speak English, then as I'm walking off speaks English to another couple. Not much to no entertainment its all in other languages which is fine if you're Russian. Drinks were watered down and the glasses for soft drinks were dirty and had bread or some sort of substance in them. the beer was watered down and was given out in plastic beakers. My childes swimming outfit was stolen on the 2nd day we were there and my galaxy ear buds were put under the lamp. the linen wasn't changed in a week of us being there. the room was tidied and moped with dirty water and no new clean hand towels or bath towels. we will never be going back again more of a 1 star hotel the entire building needs a refurb, the amount we spent for this holiday isn't worth the time or effort we didn't relax at all.

More of a 2 star hotel.. not overly clean. Rooms very run down. Smelt of smoke. Food was terrible. Not much choice for breakfast/lunch or dinner. Breakfast was mostly salad! No pastries.. Served drinks in dirty glasses. No food was labelled. Staff were miserable. Russian guests are just rude. Please avoid this place unless you have extremely low standards.

I have been to Tu Casa Gelidonya Hotel at the beginnig of October 2025. We went there has a group.

And I can say it was one of the best holidays I have had.

Please ignore the bad reviews as I believe it is not true.

The staff are all friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

The food is turkish tradition food with a various of options.

Animation team do a great job to entertain people.

The owner of the hotel Ms Senel has been dealing with us as a group with a positive energy.

Thank you Tu Casa Gelidonya Team for having us and making this holiday unforgettable.

I will be returning back.

Overall it was nice, only what I don't like is that we have a room on the third floor without an elevator. One of the people at the info desk was so cheeky, but it was still OK.

Absolutely horrific, meals were horrendous but great if like offal, nothings labelled and my daughter had an allergic reaction to a dessert. The room was filthy and I was screamed at by hotel night supervisor for asking for help to translate and was told to leave hotel. My son was refused to be served and the hotel balcony rails was rocking out of the wall. Was only allowed 2 drinks, no one speaks English, but if your Russian it’s the go to place. It was a free for all for sun lounges and if you broke a glass you was forced to pay £10. Let’s not forget the entertainment all music was Russian and the only song in English played was good morning at 10 am. Never in all my days have I encountered anything so bad we had to eat out every day as heart stew was final straw. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I can’t believe they are still sending British tourists.

We have just came back for 1 week here and after reading the reviews before we came we were very nervous but we didn’t need to be. We didn’t pay a lot for 1 week all inclusive and we definitely think it was a bargain. Food was more European but there was something each day we liked. Snack bar was burgers, wraps, chips, onion rings and chicken nuggets. Staff were all great and hotel was always clean with gardening staff constantly going round cleaning. Entertainment was great and varied, we both would go back here.

I stayed at this hotel for a 7-day vacation, and overall, the experience was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and seemed interested only in getting tips. We were placed in a room before the official check-in time, but only after the receptionist directly asked for a tip.

Most importantly, we were given a room that is not featured anywhere in the hotel’s advertisements. It looked nothing like the pictures on their website. In fact, about 90% of the guests were placed in this type of room, located in the hotel’s annex buildings, far from the main advertised accommodations. Cleanliness was at a mediocre-to-low level.

The beach was extremely small, with water activities like jet skis taking up much of the space, making it crowded and unpleasant. The smell of gasoline was constant. The road to the beach was even worse — it passed through areas with a strong stench of waste from nearby hotels, essentially their delivery and loading zones.

To make matters worse, the beach bar operated for a very short time each day and served no alcohol. As for the food, some days it was varied, but other days it was repetitive and uninspiring.

Overall, this hotel did not meet the expectations set by its promotional materials, and I would not recommend it to others.
