Doc's Hotel Kemer in Kemer

After receiving and replying to 3 emails asking what time we would arrive, 1 room was not ready, the other had no towels.
Third floor room had an extremely bad smell, an ozone machine was brought in to help as no other room was available. We were given damp towels on our return but refused a second key, they do t want you leaving the room with the ac on.
Our ac unit was either on or off, no control of temperature or fan speed meant for a bad sleep, turning ac off when woke up freezing, or turning back on when too hot. We reported the problem to reception but nothing was done.
Bedding had been laundered but there were stains on the sheets.
Breakfast was ok, but a lot of bees/wasps were attracted which made it uncomfortable.
It doesn't say on Booking.com, but there is no bar, they do not sell alcohol. And no point buying any as the fridge goes off when you take the door card out with you.
It is a good walk to town, especially in the heat. The beach we were told to go to, staff there were extremely rude once they knew we were from the hotel and the menu prices were the highest on the beach, we went elsewhere.
Kemer, great, Doc's hotel, not so much, we would not go back.
