Having read the reports prior about this hotel I find them true.. Also never been to a hotel thats so anti British before but if you don't like your country folk its no good trying to befriend a Turk or Russian. However I found German, Swedish, Fin, Ukranian all fine. What has not been mentioned are the new managers of this hotel. They are new, having managed this hotel I am told for some 2 yeras I feeel they should have got it right by now, my opinion none profesional so good usable training has not begun yet. Experience poor. The subject of Tips has not been bought up. I certainly gave out to most of the restaurant and bar staff plenty. Made not a jot of difference. Please don't think I have an axe to grind I have not, as I have been to may Turkish hotels that have been fabulous. Could go og and on, but make your own minds up unless they scrub this feedback off.

We arrived about 8pm quickly checked in, had rooms close to each other, but we were 2 ladies with big suitcases and had to lug them to the 3rd floor ourselves! We went for food before unpacking. Following morning opening the curtains to an amazing view of the mountains. My room was clean and basic, the shower was hot and miss but I managed to shower at least once a day ( sometimes in a cold shower) I could have done with a thicker bed cover but I'm sure had I asked they would have given me one. The hotel was clean and the gardens well maintained. There was something I liked at every meal, not a vast choice of food but enough for every taste, always plenty of salad and vegetables, different potatoes and lovely soups. The hotel is well situated for the marine and the shops of Kemer. The downside is not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests, however when we were there 4 people put towels on beds left them there 24/7 and used them for 20 mins. If I hadn't got a bed I promise I would have moved them. However we had to get up early to get a bed. By 7.30am they had all gone. I do think the hotel staff should remove any towels after 10pm, but they didn't. I would stay at the hotel again if it were cheap enough. I would say it is more like a 3 star than a 4. If you want luxury this isn't for you, if you want cheap and cheerful then this is the place. As all inclusive finished at 10pm there wasn't much noise, except from our Geordie neighbours who didn't know how to use indoor voices, even when they weren't arguing! Again not the fault if the hotel I had a Turkish bath and it was cheap and good

Hotel is ok as is the pool area (far from 4 star though) but the food is awful and all inc drinks are practically non existent as choice is very poor! Staff aren’t very friendly especially lady at reception but have to say our cleaning lady was lovely! Kemer is really lovely but don’t stay here!

Havana hotel didn't meet our expectations, it didn't match the description, as it was advertised. Firstly we had to pay for the wifi , though it was described as Wi fi is included, less variety of food selection , old Air conditioner which makes noise, staff was lovely except one lady , absolutely rude, not helpful. Tells you "Do you have any more questions, because I have to go" 🤷. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, it's not worth your money. How could it be rated as a 4 star. ???. No hot water, stops running time by time. Be careful when you book your city tour . Instead of showing sites, tour guide from the Sun Tour ( If not mistaken his name is Islam) started showing the jewelry shop and market places, saying that they will give 15 % discount. I traveled all the way to see the city, historical places, Hadrian gate , but not to see the jewelry shop. To see the waterfalls that give such a short time that literally you have couple of minutes to take pictures and you have to come back to the meeting point. Only good thing was the boat trip with the same tour agency.

Hotel was okay. Too bad about the paid WiFi, which was poor and the breakfast, which was poor. For an all-inclusive it was quite disappointing. Ants in the hotel room and outside on the terrace. I certainly won't give this hotel 4 stars. We will never come here again.

The staff were friendly. The room was nice. Outside was immaculately clean and the food amazing. The hotel is well placed within the resort and the resort itself is full of shops, restaurants and nightlife. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or this town

Not Worth the Hassle – Poor Maintenance and Unfair Charges I stayed at Havana Hotel and unfortunately, I wouldn’t return. The room was quite small and basic, which I could have overlooked, but several other issues made the experience frustrating. The air conditioning unit was leaking constantly, leaving water all over the floor. I actually slipped at one point — a clear safety hazard that should have been addressed before guests are put at risk. To top it off, I was unfairly charged for a key card that was already damaged when it was handed to me at check-in. When I pointed this out, the staff insisted it was my fault and made me pay, which felt completely unreasonable. While some of the staff were polite and friendly, others were quite the opposite. The lady at reception in particular was rude and unwelcoming, making check-in and check-out more stressful than it needed to be. All in all, there are much better options in the area for the same price — places where you’ll be treated more fairly and where maintenance is actually taken seriously.

Unfortunately I didn't get to stay here but I have to mention how amazing the staff was to me and my partner we had an issue with our holiday and got moved twice but the lady behind the desk was great tried to help us even though it was not the hotels fault made sure we was looked after the whole time we waited the hotel looks beautiful and the staff are amazing this is where I will book next time thank you for your help guys.

Lovely hotel in an amazing area! Beaches by foot around 15min. ! No shuttle service to the beach while my staying!!!!Very clean hotel, staff are superb and helpful!!! Food was amazing despite wasn't too much choice. Highly recommended!!!

I was very happy overall with my stay at Havana Hotel for 5 nights with my girlfriend. Clean rooms, clean hotel in general, good-sized pool, friendly staff, perfect location, and really delicious food, kitchen sitting area is big. There is spa in the hotel with the famous Turkish bath and massage. Highly recommend Hotel Havana. Might be visiting again this place very soon.

we were staying in this hotel in September 2024. definitely recommend this place for staying! ⭐️
pros: the staff of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly! they were answering all questions and helping a lot 🥰 in the room we had everything we needed. staff was refreshing the mini bar (for example, bottles of water) after cleaning the room. also, even though the territory of the hotel is pretty small, it looks nice 👍🏽 location of the hotel is also wonderful: it's far enough that we didn't hear too much noise from other hotels but close enough that it took 7 mins walk to the main street. restaurant of the hotel had fair prices and tasty food (we tried Smash double burger) 🤤 breakfast was okay, everyday there was the same menu but it was fine with us. swimming pool is good decorated but water was a bit cold.

We had a very good time at this hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and most importantly the air conditioner worked perfectly. 😊❤️

Stayed for 2 weeks last summer - breakfast was absolutely delicious! And the food throughout the day and night time is divine especially the chicken wrap😍, staff were all so friendly to us. Only slight negative was the maintenance of the pool area not always clean & a loose wire in the pool. But still hoping to come back next year! Thank you for a lovely stay 💗

The area of the hotel is nice and rather calm. The staff was kind and the pool great. However, the isolation of the rooms is not good. One night we had such loud noise from one of the rooms next to us, we could not sleep. Earplugs are a must if you are unlucky with loud neighbours that talk super loud and walk like elephants. The step to the bathroom was broken/loose and the AC placed right next to the bed without a silent mode.
Regarding the « private beach » - we had to pay 100 TL for one chair, which is a good price and there was a free shuttle to the beach offered by the hotel. Sad was that we where placed so far behind we could not even see the water. Music was blasting from four different beach areas. I would recommend to go to other beaches further away if you come by car.

After receiving and replying to 3 emails asking what time we would arrive, 1 room was not ready, the other had no towels.
Third floor room had an extremely bad smell, an ozone machine was brought in to help as no other room was available. We were given damp towels on our return but refused a second key, they do t want you leaving the room with the ac on.
Our ac unit was either on or off, no control of temperature or fan speed meant for a bad sleep, turning ac off when woke up freezing, or turning back on when too hot. We reported the problem to reception but nothing was done.
Bedding had been laundered but there were stains on the sheets.
Breakfast was ok, but a lot of bees/wasps were attracted which made it uncomfortable.
It doesn't say on Booking.com, but there is no bar, they do not sell alcohol. And no point buying any as the fridge goes off when you take the door card out with you.
It is a good walk to town, especially in the heat. The beach we were told to go to, staff there were extremely rude once they knew we were from the hotel and the menu prices were the highest on the beach, we went elsewhere.
