Hotel was not full so it was quiet and peaceful and we were able to make use of the games room indoor pool a spa area. Prices are good compared to outside prices. Thank you for a nice get away

I booked an ocean view room but as they did not have one they upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Of course i paid extra but they gave me a good discount. Pool,spa, turkish bath were awesome

So, we had a wonderful holiday. The pools, aqua park, restaurant, and staff were all excellent. The only downside was the sea. It was incredibly rocky and wavy

The only concern is the property located on a steep hill and if you dont have a car or cant walk on slope, then it will be a challenge. But around the property you can find shopping center and resturants

If you know what you want, you can't be dissatisfied. It's a quiet and relaxing hotel. There's no children's entertainment or evening activities. I wasn't looking for those when I went anyway

I stayed at this hotel with a friend. The food was good, the rooms were clean for a 4-star hotel. There was great entertainment every day by the pool, as well as an evening show. The service was very friendly

We vacationed at Miarosa Konakli Garden from 2025. 22, we travel a lot and are not very pretentious travelers. Good hotel, clean rooms (we lived in 1004 and 1036), helpful staff, good and varied food

18 a very good dance group appeared, it was very nice. The beach offers beer, tea, cola, snacks (fries and hamburgers), free sunbeds and towels. The beach is about 500 m away

The hotel is just ok, food as well. Not perfect BUT animation team, especially Mat ( Mateusz ) is the best ! Friendly and very thoughtful. Always there to help, always smiling. It’s a major advantage of this hotel

Went with my friends in October. We had a really good time. I want to highlight the animation team they really made our stay more fun and exciting. Other pros were good food and friendly stuff.

However, we only had to lie on the ground once :) A very big + for the hotel: the transfer home to the airport was at 5 pm, the rooms had to be vacated by 12 am, but no one took the bracelet off, and at the reception they said that we could use everything until departure

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to the center of Alanya, the atmosphere in the hotel is good, the service is nice, there are no language barriers - I had the pleasure of being in a Mexican restaurant, thanks to Yvcel Drhan for being professional and serving delicious dishes, they looked great

There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room

There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road

Good hotel with decent food. Only bad thing is that the receptionist doesn't understand English very well.

Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter

Our vacation was amazing thanks to BILAL CAN EREN who works at a snack bar. So attentive and helpful, always welcoming. We will come back to this hotel next year to enjoy his great service. We love you Bilal !!!!

Just got back from the hotel was very pleasing, good food, good hygiene and very good staff especially the manager durmus he was very helpful and made me and my family’s experience so much better

The hotel location is very good, near to the street shops and bus station. 2km from city center and ~10km to Alanya center

Hotel has own beach bar with soft drinks n food while u stay at beach. Location good just 10 mins to Alanya by bus. Very sad had to leave and definitely revisit soon. Well worth it for price I paid

It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. The hotel is small, everyone knew each other, it was nice and cozy

There’s no real dress code for evening meals either some people were coming in swim wear which wasn’t so good The beach could so with a clean as again some guests decide to leave rubbish and cigarette ends in the sand and I didn’t see any staff combing the beach to clean it

We have just got back from the Royal Garden hotel and I can honestly say my family and I have had the best time

Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy and there were always beds available. Of course there was your morning sunbed wars but you have to expect this wherever you go. We even noticed lots of spaces available

Firstly, the facilities were fantastic! The kids (and adults) loved the slides and were kept amused from dawn until dusk. Pools were warm; well managed and well kept

The Turkish spa experience was one to remember. My little one loved the playground. Unfortunately, he didn’t want to stay in kids club but this seemed well run

Staff around the hotel not the friendliest and would stand and chat amongst themselves whilst you waited for a drink. WiFi in the hotel was appalling, max speed of 5mps, and that’s when it actually worked

A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

We stayed in Seastar for 6 night. Food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every evening there were different activities for kids and adults. Women only pool was clean, sea was wonderful

Bar snacks are good and varied. Only down side is ice cream not being readily available with the bar snacks. Only available 3pm-4pm and long queues for it. I found all of the staff to be helpful and nice

Long Beach Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The service was outstanding, the food options were varied and delicious, and the whole place had such a lively and welcoming atmosphere

5/10 food 9/10 staff would I stay at the kleopatra again most definitely the walk to the main shops was about 10 min stroll there's a mmgros supermarket 2 street away for bits n bobs like milk for a cuppa in your room you have to provide your own tea / coffee etc but it wasnt a problem Read hotel discription before moaning looking forward to going back in 2026

Stayed the first wk in November don't belive all the moaning about staff there great all. They work really hard the rooms are clean you get a kettle and fridge she both room was a little bit small but I'm 6ft and

Large frame towels were changed regular the all Inc drinks were vodka whiskey gin and white rum wine larger and tea coffee soft drinks there was always something to eat (the only minor fault I could comment on would bethe food could be a bit warmer I met some very nice people while there from all over Europe your on holiday make friends!!!!! 8/10 for the room 7

We complained that our room hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding hadn’t been changed in a week. The receptionist rung the maid and the maid came and said that she had cleaned the room

Doorknob on the balcony is not working and some metal pieces that have contact with the outside air are rusty (high air humidity); bathroom faucet was not working well in my room. Food is very good and diverse

The hotel is privately owned, not too big and with a good location. Suite (WC bidet was extra +) with marvelous sea view over Cleopatra beach. Very friendly and helpful staff

We can only say - what a lovely place!!! Indeed, the hotel is very conveniently situated, just literally 30 meters from the beautiful, sandy beach on the west outskirts of Alanya, just 20-30 mins of walking distance from the bustling town

The room we had was very comfortable with two balconies from which we could admire the beauty of the sea. Everything inside the room was of top quality and well maintained. Especially the beds which were very comfortable

The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside

First coastal 3 pools popular hotel high occupancy, we liked it, good food

The pools are clean and blue, yhe kids have been on the slides loved every min, all 3 pools are good to sunbath Entertainment only had x1 night of entertainment and that was a live singer but I would 1000% recommend mood restaurant and bar, entertainment from the min we walked the staff sat with us the whole time showing us tricks chatting etc X4 cocktails and x2 beers was £44

It is a very good facility for its price, food and breakfast were good, I think the only shortcoming is that it does not have a beach, there should be slippers in the rooms.

The hotel is on the first line from Cleopatra Beach, this is a major plus. Several buildings, good food, and swimming pools.

The entertainment was excellent in the hotel ( around the pool and at the amphitheater)! I recommend this hotel for families with small children and just for a break to get some sunshine

Amazing experience with family , cannot fault the hotel for the money. However a few things didn’t live up to my expectations, I paid for an upgraded room which I presumed would be a better room not just a better view

This may have just been a misunderstanding of mine , plus you are only in the room to sleep so cannot make this a bad review

You do have to cross a bridge to get to the beach, watersides and the outdoors theatre. If you leave the bridge you can turn left or right to get into the outlets which sells more fakes and clothes outlet

One day the outdoor air conditioner on the balcony started leaking, fortunately it started doing this while we were at home, otherwise everything would have flooded. Otherwise, the apartments are quite good
