Under no circumstances don't stay at this hotel the worse hotel Ive ever stayed in a lot of things wrong , this place needs knocking down its run down, the reception is like you have stepped back in time, the food as no taste it’s the same every day and if your from uk you won’t be welcome , full of Norwegian people and while we stayed here a Norwegian dance school came in there trillions and put young kids in there own rooms I mean 7 years old to 10years old you can imagine the riot they were causing without adults as there wasn’t enough teachers and parents to control these kids it was mayhem and when I went down to complain at 11.30pm to the reception they came up but then it started again as soon as they went down and I found myself doing the hotels job and knocking on myself , there was no adults but as soon as I was arguing they appeared from nowhere and I found myself in a confrontation with the teachers if you can call them that absolutely destroyed the holiday , then the next day they were all looking at me the staff as if I was in the wrong what can I say but even if I was offered to stay here for free I wouldn’t TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

First impression was ok (not super). Food - sorry folks...do not expect to much... Staff - well.... Cleaning - LOL. Ok hotel if you expect nothing 😂

I don't know where to begin. We were here in September, and the hotel's overall rating was good. The entertainment was a complete disaster. The standard foam party and other activities were a disaster. The entertainment staff kept telling me to go to the beach and have a drink together. They were constantly harassing me, and we couldn't even go to the pool because of them; we were starting to get scared. When we told them they were making us feel so uncomfortable, they said, "You can go to another hotel." The hotel management should fire this entertainment team immediately. Otherwise, this hotel will continue to lose customers. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it to anyone.

After reading the reviews I was ready to cancel my holiday, we are currently here and it's day 3! I honestly do not know we're the bad reviews are coming from!! The hotel is beautiful very clean and the staff are so polite and helpful. My room: the bed is super comfy, the shower is a dream we have 2 tvs that we have not used so can't speak on them, air-conditioning in room and working. FOOD: We have 3 fussy eaters who have all managed to find something to eat! The cherry juice is the best ive tasted. The pools are clean and blue, yhe kids have been on the slides loved every min, all 3 pools are good to sunbath Entertainment only had x1 night of entertainment and that was a live singer but I would 1000% recommend mood restaurant and bar, entertainment from the min we walked the staff sat with us the whole time showing us tricks chatting etc X4 cocktails and x2 beers was £44

The hotel is on the first line from Cleopatra Beach, this is a major plus. Several buildings, good food, and swimming pools.

It is a very good facility for its price, food and breakfast were good, I think the only shortcoming is that it does not have a beach, there should be slippers in the rooms.
