We loved our stay at the excellent Kleopatra Life hotel on the stunning Kleopatra beach. The hotels location cannot be any better facing the best beach in the Antalya area. The rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need. We were lucky enough to upgrade to a stunning sea view room..The staff are very welcoming, friendly and hospitable especially the wonderful family who run the hotel.. You can tell they actually care about their guests holiday experience. For a small boutique type hotel the food and beverage offering is more than adequate. We especially loved the fresh salads and Turkish cuisine. You will always find something delicious to eat and drink. We have tried many hotels in the Antalya and Alanya area and Kleopatra Life is definitely one of our favourites. We would return in a heart beat and highly recommend this excellent beach front hotel. I cannot understand the bad reviews on here they must have visited another hotel. Go and try it for yourself you will not regret it. The hotel constantly wins the prestigious TripAdvisor travellers choice award every year. Thank you to all the wonderful Kleopatra Life team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Russo Turisto is my first time at a modest all-inclusive in Turkey ;) Spoiler alert: thanks to everyone, I'm happy with everything. The sea is nearby, it's clean, the food is delicious, and the bar is decent. I ended up at the hotel by accident due to well-known issues with tourists from Russia and Kazakhstan. Reception. Upon check-in, I was given the option to choose a room, which was a plus. The staff are very polite, some speak Russian, some English, and they always say hello and help where they can. I chose a room with a corner sea view to avoid direct daytime sun. The furniture is new from Ikea, the renovations are fresh, the bathroom is large, even the entrance to the cabin is a decent size. The balcony has furniture and a table, perfect for lounging after dinner, especially since the free Wi-Fi from the lobby is great! Cleanliness is up to standard, contraception is everywhere, the staff cleans the restaurant before every meal, and the pool area is also clean. It's just a shame that smoking is allowed. The room was cleaned superficially daily – towels changed, trash taken out, water refilled (free). Over two weeks, I asked for a thorough cleaning three times, and voila: they made swans with live rose petals, changed all the towels (5), brought four bottles of water per person, changed the bedspreads, and cleaned the balcony. Wonderful! The maids responded to all requests and provided whatever was missing – soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and water. The people were kind. The restaurant. The organization is fine, the food is good, with meat, fish, and desserts for lunch and dinner. There's an unlimited selection of fruits and vegetables, a constant variety, and the cooks generously serve you. It's a shame they don't speak English, but their sign language and 👅 are excellent. You won't leave alive (or hungry). The only thing I would suggest to the manager is to slightly optimize the food quantity. There are too many typical Turkish dishes, soups, and appetizers that are unusual for us, and there's too much oil in the food. Most importantly, move the desserts and pastries to breakfast. In Europe, we're accustomed to sweet breakfasts, although the hotel is more geared toward Russians, so French fries are common. For salad lovers, everything is perfect for breakfast; vegetables and cheese are plentiful. The bar is open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. by the pool/restaurant. There's no WiFi at all, apparently to encourage tourists to get along. It's a good idea. The bartenders pour generously and are attentive to the preferences of vacationers. The selection is decent – a variety of local wines, vodka, rakia, gin, and other spirits. Cocktails, tequila, rum, and whiskey are available for an additional fee. One time, the dry white wine ran out, and all the boys at the bar were so worried, apologizing, and then when it arrived the next morning, they happily informed us! In short, it's an alcoholic's dream vacation. The sea. The beautiful Cleopatra Beach, opposite hotel number 22, has flagstones, but I went to beach number 19, which has a gentle slope into the sea, permanent umbrellas, and sun loungers. Overall, the vacation was a success. We were lucky with the weather in May; it was very warm, the sea reached 24 degrees Celsius, and the locals are quarantined (very important for a timid BBW).

Stayed the first wk in November don't belive all the moaning about staff there great all. Of them. They work really hard the rooms are clean you get a kettle and fridge she both room was a little bit small but I'm 6ft and. Large frame towels were changed regular the all Inc drinks were vodka whiskey gin and white rum wine larger and tea coffee soft drinks there was always something to eat (the only minor fault I could comment on would bethe food could be a bit warmer I met some very nice people while there from all over Europe your on holiday make friends!!!!! 8/10 for the room 7.5/10 food 9/10 staff would I stay at the kleopatra again most definitely the walk to the main shops was about 10 min stroll there's a mmgros supermarket 2 street away for bits n bobs like milk for a cuppa in your room you have to provide your own tea / coffee etc but it wasnt a problem Read hotel discription before moaning looking forward to going back in 2026

Just returned home today after 10 days here. The waiting staff and a couple of the reception staff were really friendly but I did find that some of the staff could be rude. Housekeeping in particular. We complained that our room hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding hadn’t been changed in a week. The receptionist rung the maid and the maid came and said that she had cleaned the room. There were still makeup stains on the bedding which we did the first day we got there! The food was ok. You won’t go hungry but there could be more choice as the salad bar is huge, but the main meal choices are quite limited. Me and my friend also suffered from D&V a couple of days after arriving at the hotel. There were also several other parties who were unwell at the same time. All in all, it was an ok holiday, but I won’t be returning.

Third time here and first time solo. I love this hotel. All staff are wonderful and attentive. The beach is across the road which is a massive plus. Not a big hotel which I prefer. It’s been a peaceful holiday

We stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row, and just like last year, everything was wonderful. We have such beautiful memories connected to this hotel and to Alanya. It truly feels like home every time we come. The hygiene is very good, the food is varied and delicious, and the hotel is located close to the city center and many interesting places. The beach is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is always smiling and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Special greetings to Mr.Aydın who works at the pool bar – thank you for your kindness! Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina.❤️

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for 12 unforgettable days. From the very moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was exceptional. I truly cannot praise this place enough! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was impeccable. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It really felt like being part of a big, warm-hearted family. Ahhh let’s not forget about the food! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Well done chef! My entire stay was filled with relaxation, joy, and beautiful memories. I’m already counting down the days to my next holiday because there’s no doubt in my mind – I will absolutely be returning to Kleopatra Life Hotel next year! (Or sooner;) See you again soon !🌞💕

We stayed at the Kleopatra Life Hotel in Alanya for 5 nights as a couple. The location was definitely a plus — not right in the centre but close enough to walk there easily. The beach just across the road was lovely, clear water with very cheap sun loungers, which made up for the small hotel pool that although not too busy, didn’t have many loungers available. It was nice that drinks were served in glasses rather than plastic cups. The area and hotel itself is dated, and the photos on the website are definitely misleading. It’s old and tired, not at all contemporary, bright and new as the pics suggest. That said, the rooms and hotel were kept clean. The air conditioning and shower worked well, which was positive. Staff were polite, though not particularly interactive. Room cleaning was very inconsistent — our room was only cleaned once during our 5-night stay which was really frustrating. We kept the service light on and mentioned this to the hotel but the housekeeping staff just turned the light off whilst we were out and left it. There are also quite a few hidden extras. Despite being all-inclusive, most drinks besides beer and wine weren’t included. We had to pay for WiFi, although we occasionally picked up a signal from a nearby hotel. There was also no luggage room, so our bags were left out in the open after checkout, which didn’t feel very secure. The food was a huge letdown: repetitive, low in quality, and not very suitable for UK guests. Around 75% of it was the same every day, and it was obvious that some leftovers were reused between meals. There was a sign for a snack bar, but we never saw one. No hotel entertainment was provided, so evenings were pretty dull unless you went out. One Love reggae bar down the road was great. In short, it worked okay as a base, mainly because of the location and the beach. But overall, it could have been a lot better — and we wouldn’t choose to return.
