Sea Star İslamic Butik Otel in Alanya

Please do not be fooled by the pictures and the beautiful descriptions.

1. The service was very bad. No one can speak English. They are very rude and just laugh in your face together. De reception guy was rude, did not help with anything (even filling the water in the fridge was not done) and could not communicate because of their lack of English.

2. The food was not good. Very dry and not much variety. Just plain chicken was just once served in a whole week, chicken?!?

3. The rooms were okay until you lay down on the beds and you feel metal poking you. I never slept so horrible in my life.

4. The ladies only pool was lacking. Nobody checked if the ladies had phones. We had to get the ladies behind the counter several times because women did not follow the rule of no filming and no phone. They should be more stricter in checking for electric devices.

5. There is no food at the pool. You get a very sad piece of cake at 4. They only serve cola and water at the pool.

There are many more things which were not good but I will leave it at the things written above.

I think it is clear the hotel is not made for international travellers and muslims who don’t listen to music. (Pool music is very very loud you cant even hear eachother and the night entertainment consist of only musical performances which we don’t listen to.) for the muslims who don’t listen to music please look for a different hotel.

If you've never had a vacation before and if this hotel was free maybe you would be satisfied, but it's a disgraceful hotel, the food is bad, the rooms are very small, neglected and damp, the beach is too far, with many stairs and waves, it was the worst taril experience I've ever had,

We decided to go to the Seastar boutique hotel, where we went as a family for the first time. However, the aggressive attitude of the lady named Mihriban, her scolding of the guests, the sentence "I am the manager, I can say whatever I want", and many other nonsense conversations, as if the guests were forced to come to the hotel. I am not talking about their food anyway, we are all sick as a family. There is no such thing as hygiene and cleanliness here because of the food, the rooms are already filled with filth and odor, the indifferent beach is dirty, the activity is zero, no matter how you get it, it is zero, zero, our hotel is like this after collecting the money from the guests, we did not invite you by force, even the word terrible is the word. Inadequate, Prisoner camp instead of a holiday. Since we all have a common demand for a conservative hotel, I owe it to you, as I do not want you, valuable people, to waste your holiday and spend so much time, money and money. You don't want one of you to waste your money, your time, or your precious holiday and turn it into torture like this.

Here like hell. I didn't see like that otel: foods options are terrible, sweets are stale and tasteless, pools're small and little, slides're very bad (so slow) and little again, sea is a little good but just this. Other things really bad and it's have so much stair. So, very tiring to go somewhere from another.
