SIDE AZALIA GARDEN DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE AND IS NOW SIDE SUNSET HOTEL
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and feel obligated to warn others. The facilities were disgusting. My room was dirty on arrival—the bedroom had cracked light fittings and the bathroom was in a shocking state, with missing tiles and no hot water in the shower at all.
I had contacted the hotel ahead of my stay to confirm whether I’d be able to purchase or receive a meal or drink on arrival due to a late landing. They assured me this would be possible—but when I got there, nothing had been arranged. No food, no drink, and no care shown whatsoever.
The check-in process was slow and disorganised, and the staff were completely unhelpful both then and later, when I raised concerns about the cleanliness of my room. I was met with indifference and zero effort to put things right.
The food situation was equally poor. Breakfast was a joke—there wasn’t even a toaster available, and the only “protein” options were a few warm meats and cheeses left out with no clear refrigeration. Absolutely no fresh or hot options. It felt cheap and thoughtless.
This hotel is in serious need of improvements across the board—from cleanliness and facilities to customer service and food. I wouldn’t stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere.

First, we were hesitant to come here after looking at the reviews. There were some negative reviews about the hotel, but overall, the hotel was very good, with its location, service, and staff. Both the room and the overall cleanliness of the hotel met our expectations. We personally didn't find any shortcomings in the food department. Of course, you shouldn't expect more for the price you pay, because everything is out there in today's environment. The only problem with the hotel, we shared this with the staff, especially during lunch and dinner, is that people sit an hour early and move the tables with their families and children, taking up space. We found it very strange when we first arrived, but then we realized that since the hotel is very crowded, there are not enough tables and chairs, so you automatically have to wait. After the first days, we encountered the same problems even though we arrived later than dinner time. We shared this problem with the staff several times, but it was not resolved. This was the only annoying thing during our holiday, and since we love tea, we had a little trouble with the tea, it ran out quickly.😃 Other than that, the hotel is generally worth the money you pay, both in terms of location and cleanliness. If this problem is resolved, we can choose it again with peace of mind. We are still at the hotel. 😃😇🙏

my experience in the hotel was great. i had a warm welcome. the room was beautiful and clean. the service was excellent and the stuff made sure i had what i needed to make my experience the best it could be. would definitely come back here again!
