I cannot comment on the rooms. But the food drinks and service at this hotel were fantastic. We would call in here daily after our outing prior to heading back to our own hotel last sept (2024) as this was much more peaceful and the pool area much more quieter and calm. Lovely staff.

The rooms are ok except for the bathroom which had black mold coming through the grout in the shower.

Moved rooms because of a plane delay, bathroom in the new room smelled heavily of old cigarette smoke that filled the whole room, and had even more black mold. Couldnt controll the AC in this room, was always on max

The hotel is 5 min from the beach and they have a deal with GUA so you can sit there for free. Its very nice.

Air-condition was free and worked well enough.

The included breakfast has an egg and pancake man, its prett good.
The food buffet is decent.

The people in the reception are are ok, the woman are nice, the man seems a bit like he dosnt care.

Popped into here everyday after our days out as our own hotel pool and bar area was awful durning the day. Nice staff always polite and attentive. Lovely little place pool area nice great for a cool off in the heat. Relaxing atmosphere. Drinks reasonable.

I stayed at this hotel in June and returned with my daughter in July. The service is excellent. Despite our early arrival, at 6:30 am, we were checked in immediately. Late check-out is possible (for a fee, of course). Rooms are cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts. Sandy beach and the ancient city are five minutes from the hotel.

Lovely room at a low price, close enough to the beach and old town. The staff spoke good English, the room was clean and spacious and the balcony was spacious enough for a quick yoga workout. The Turkish Bath next door was also a great experience. The only thing I'd say wasn't too good was the food offering in the restaurant. We skipped that and headed into town instead.
We stayed in mid April so it was quiet and not many other visitors in sight

Nice hotel with exceptional service! The location is great, on a fairly quiet street but still close to the beach and Antik Side. Rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. I loved my little balcony with the garden view! The amenities were good: AC worked fine and there is a small fridge in the room, which is always nice to have. But what makes this hotel so special is the service! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests you might have.

First of all, I was hesitant before coming to this hotel, but after I arrived, I realized that I am glad I came. It has a really good breakfast, the room is not bad and their staff were very attentive, especially the receptionist friend. I will be here again next season.

This season, we went to Side Miami Beach Hotel with my friends, the staff is really very attentive, the room quality is good according to the budget, we tested their a la carte since it was a bed and breakfast and it was perfect, especially Mr. Serkan at the reception was very attentive.

First the staff does not speak english or german,on arrival after checkin in the evening they put us in a room( 501) that was moist,plumbing very bad we stayed here for one night in the morning we tryed to complain about the room! They did not understand,with al little help from google we could get another room after paying an upgrade of 100 euros cash no receipt!! For a man with my disabilities is stairs not done,so i payed the price,the room was better with no stairs,what a disillusion this hotel and we had to stay for 14 days,after a few days we got used to the minor things,there is one plus the food was good,and the cleaners do a good job,afterall im never gonna book this hotel anymore in the future,its a dump!
