Our stay at Belissima Hotel was mixed. Breakfast was simple but fine – a small selection, but enough to start the day. The room was acceptable in size and comfort, but cleanliness was a major issue. The bathroom was very dirty, and we also noticed quite a bit of mold, which made the stay less pleasant.
It’s a pity, because the hotel has potential. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful – they did everything they could to make us feel at home. Service was excellent, but unfortunately the facilities did not match.
Overall, Belissima can be an option if you’re looking for budget accommodation and value warm hospitality. However, if cleanliness and the condition of the bathroom are important to you, this is something to be aware of before booking.

One of the Best Hotel Experiences I've Ever Had!
I was here between 20 to 26 July 2025..
My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt happy, welcomed, and completely at ease. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — starting with the hotel manager, who was always smiling and professional, to every single team member who created a cheerful and warm atmosphere.
The room was clean and comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable. Every detail was taken care of to make the stay perfect.
I sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. This is by far the best hotel I've ever visited, and I genuinely hope to come back again soon!

I had a friend's guest in the room for an hour during the day, the receptionist told me I had to pay him 30€ to enter the room and when I refused and threatened to make a comment about it on the app, he backed down from the bad treatment and did not ask for money

I hosted a friend at the hotel for one hour during the daytime. The receptionist asked me to pay 30 euros for my friend to stay in my room for one hour. When I refused and threatened him that I would write comments on the website and apps, he backed down and stopped treating me badly and did not ask for money. In addition, the cleaning lady stole my sweets from my fridge in the room. Their breakfast is usually delicious, but the hotel is a bit far from the sea.

No check in staff at desk. Rang bell multiple times then after 10 minutes some one attended. No shower gel or shampoo. Rooms not cleaned. Bed not comfortable. No black out curtains. Breakfast terrible. Hardly any food. Staff just hanging around. Restaurant at night half the menu not available. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

After conducting research and knowing that this hotel provides family-friendly services, I went there with my husband and kids for 5 days. The hotel was beautiful, fresh renovated with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. The staff at the Bellissima hotel were fantastic, great friendly attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. The hotel was in a down town location, close to all the major attractions (shops, restaurants, Antik Side). Breakfast was nice, there was variety of delicious options to choose from (both for adults and kids). Also they provide dinners or you can choose from their menu in the bar or their own restaurant.
Pool is great and cleaned every day what is important. The beach is around 15 minutes by walking but the hotel provides a shuttle to and back (sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge by the way).
It was really a good staying at Bellissima. So my family and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Bellissima Hotel, Side.

Do NOT Stay Here – Worst Experience Ever!
I honestly don’t even know where to start. This place is absolutely disgusting on every level:
• Staff: Rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The entire staff is made up of men, and as a woman traveling alone (or even with other women), this place feels unsafe and deeply uncomfortable.
• Service: Nonexistent. No help offered at any point. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like towels, and even then, got nothing.
• Rooms: Filthy. Poorly maintained and far from what they advertise online.
• Food: Absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even finish a bite. On top of that, I was stared at while trying to have breakfast — which was supposed to be between 8–10 AM, but they acted as if I was out of line for sitting down at 8:15.
• Language Barrier: Only one person speaks English — and unfortunately, he was the worst of them all. Arrogant, rude, and treated me with zero respect. If you can’t speak to your guests properly, at least don’t act like you own them.
• Location: In the middle of nowhere. They call taxis for you, speak in their language, and somehow you get charged double the rate for a 3-minute ride. Feels like a scam.
There is absolutely no one else staying here — that alone should be a red flag.
Bottom line:
DO NOT COME HERE.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the employees behaved as though we were an inconvenience, and their overall demeanor was unprofessional and even hostile at times.
The facilities were subpar. The washrooms were small and uncomfortable. The rooms still use physical keys instead of key cards, which gives the hotel a very outdated feel. During breakfast, the staff would stand around watching us eat, which felt intrusive and unnecessary—especially since there were barely any other guests.
We chose this hotel based on positive reviews, but our experience did not reflect them at all. The location is far from everything, making it inconvenient if you’re hoping to explore or access basic amenities easily.
When I asked for clean towels on the second day, the receptionist was dismissive and told me towels are only changed every three days. His tone was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, I would strongly advise others not to stay here. It was a disappointing, uncomfortable experience, and I regret wasting time and money on this place
