We have been to the Sunberk Hotel for a week, from 20 October 2025. The staff and management of the Hotel are really friendly and keen to offer the best service. The Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beachfront with various bars, restaurants and a lovely walk-way to Side old town and back towards the main ***** of shops. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and although the food was not entirely suited to our taste, there was always something to eat - chicken, pasta, veggies, soup and plenty of salads. The pudding range was limited, but fruit was always available. We stayed in a very nice 2-bedroomed apartment, with bathroom (shower). The Hotel provided shampoo and body wash and hand soap too. There was an air conditioning unit which provided cool and heat, whichever was required. Beach/pool towels are also provided from the Spa. The Hotel is within earshot of the local Mosque, which calls its followers to prayer from 6 am daily. This can be annoying, but is part of the local culture and is to be enjoyed/ endured. The local taxis provide access to the shopping streets of Side and the local bazaars etc. These seem to start at 10 Euros per trip but I guess longer trips will be at a higher charge. All in all, the three of us (all adults) really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel and will consider it favourably as an option for our return to Turkey.

A little gem, not a large fancy corporate hotel but perfect for a stay in Side, Antalya - Value for the cost. Cabins were just the right size with a private bathroom, a relaxing shaded balcony and quiet communal areas where you could fall asleep. You couldn't ask for a more relaxing space. Rooms were clean and located near the pool and the restaurant which served good food and beverage in a clean environment. They have specialty evenings - Fish night (Great fresh BBQ mackerel) and Turkish night with kebab and entertainment. Service was always efficient either housekeeping, the bar, restaurant or the grounds. Prime location, fantastic 2 mins from the beach, small shops and a short walk down the boardwalk into Side old town. My only regret is positive - I am in Antalya 6-7 times a year and unfortunately I couldn't book for November but I will be back in March definitely Thank You to all the team and management that run this fantastic operation. We were so happy to be here everybody was helpful even though we arrived at the hotel very late, the young man at the reception was incredibly helpful Unfortunately we were very hungry because the plane was late and he prepared meal for us xx: Room cleanıng everyday food is ok but hotel view is awesome you should come here Love from Romania🇷🇴

Like every hotel, good and bad points. Location is excellent, everything is walkable.our room was away from the pool area , so nice and quiet, but be warned, the walls are very thin so if you get noisy neighbours you will be disturbed. Pool area nice, but small , usual towels on sunbeds but unused all day. Food was very hot and miss, no hot foods were labelled, so largely a guessing game. Plenty of salad , cakes and fruit, we didn’t go hungry, but I’d say you’d struggle with children or fussy eaters. WiFi is charged for, air con free. Reception staff speak better English than restaurant staff, but they were friendly and efficient. Male member of management team and absolute pain in the butt, very creepy and quite frankly lucky he didn’t get slapped! Cleaning was minimal, bathroom not touched for a week. Bedding and towels clean. Awful damp smell in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was worth what we paid,

Beautiful hotel, very close to the beach, food was delicious, lots of choices, staff was great, apart from young guy in the bar, very annoying 😑. The only one thing was not acceptable When we were leaving hotel very early hours, I asked staff to prepare some food for us day earlier and they said ok,but they lied, they didn't past the message. We left hotel without even coffee, obviously there wasn't food either .Such a shame....

We are just leaving ( today) Monday after a delightful week at this hotel. Myself, my son and 17 year old granddaughter have enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we were a little dismayed at the accommodation. I shared with my granddaughter and the room was cosy. Everything worked well, shower, brilliant air conditioning. Lacking a little on power points though. The beds were changed every day along with the towels. The staff at this hotel are amazing, so friendly and helpful. From the cleaning ladies, bar staff,waiter's and the two lovely joint owners...we were made so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We actually decided that our room was delightfully quirky. The pool is not huge but perfectly adequate for our needs and lovely and clean. Sunbeds were never a problem. The location is brilliant. A very short 5 minute walk to the shops, bars, entertainment, beach etc. A must is the historic ruins and the camels. The hotel has entertainment twice weekly, Wednesday a live singer and Saturday a Turkish night. The Turkish night was absolutely amazing, dancers, belly dancing etc. Great fun. The food was a we expected for a three star hotel. Lots of choice, different varieties daily and no one will go hungry. No complaints about the alcohol either. Beer good, wine nice and various cocktails and spirits. All good. You will not be disappointed having a holiday at this hotel. We will definitely be returning.
