The location is silent. Not so crowded. No restaurants nearby. Metro station is also 12 minutes walk from here (guess the walk in sun). Restaurant is available in the nearby Kingsgate Grand Hotel additional 50 dirhams per head for breakfast.

Service is poor, not well cleaned.

No toothbrush or toothpaste, no slippers, and the exhaust pipe outside room 207 was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. Turning on the water heater caused all the wall sockets to trip. The Indian staff at the hotel reception were alright in terms of service.
