WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER — NOT WORTH EVEN 10 DIRHAMS!
Honestly, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not even worth 10 dirhams. If you’re thinking about booking this place — DON’T! It’s a complete scam, especially if you’re booking through apps like Agoda or MakeMyTrip.
The hotel quoted me 450 AED when I called directly, but the same room showed 250 AED on Agoda. So I booked online — and that’s where the nightmare began. The receptionist, a Sri Lankan guy, was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and careless. He was wearing headphones, chatting with someone while guests were standing right in front of him. Zero respect, zero professionalism.
The room he gave me (Room 613, 6th floor) was absolutely disgusting. No proper bed, no towels, no glasses, no kettle, no coffee or tea, nothing. The socket didn’t even fit my phone charger and when I asked for help, they said, “go buy one from a nearby store.” Imagine that — in a hotel!
They even charged an extra 10 AED as a so‑called “tourism fee.” For what? For a broken, dirty room and the worst service ever? This hotel should be banned from booking apps. Absolutely pathetic experience. Anyone who stays here will regret it.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. The management doesn’t care, and the staff treats guests like trash. WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER.

I agree with all reviews. This was my first visit to Dubai; however, this hotel experience was the worst in my life. I've never seen so many 🪳, not even in my own country, as I saw here in one night in a dirty hotel room—on the bed, floor, bathroom, everywhere. The bedsheets and towels were dirty and used by previous guests. You could tell straight away they weren't fresh linen. We had some medicine to store in the fridge, and we specifically asked for a fridge to be in the room, which it was, but it wasn't working properly. It wasn't cold at all. There was no room phone service. The line was broken, and upon asking, they said they had to call someone to fix it. It seems like they just say that to everyone; I think they do it purposely because they know guests will call them again and again due to the bad condition of the room. We had to go several times via the lift to call them. Room doors had no security locks. Loud music played nighttime past 3 am. There wasn't a single thing I could recommend. If you don't want to spoil your holidays, then don't visit there. I am surprised how the government can let this business run with such unhygienic conditions and cockroaches. My children couldn't sleep all night.

Arrived around 7:45pm for check in, but we were told to wait even though the checking started at 2pm. We waited for 10-15 minutes and checked in at room 613. Went inside and was shocked that the room we were given was soooooo dirty. Called “0” and told that we were given a dirty room. Said they will send housekeeping but nobody came. So we went down to reception and asked for a room change. Changed the room to 213. Found a used toothpick, kettle not washed and no towel inside washroom. But the room was better than the first one so we stayed. Overall, the rooms we were given is not in the best condition. Both rooms are dusty and not cleaned properly.

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel, which was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I was genuinely shocked to encounter such conditions in a hotel operating in the UAE.

From the moment I checked in, the experience was unacceptable. I was made to wait until 3:00 PM for check-in, and the reception staff told me that I was “lucky” to receive the best room. Unfortunately, when I entered the assigned room (Room 511), the condition was horrifying and completely unfit for any guest.

The issues in Room 511 included:

* Extremely dirty mattress with visible stains
* Bed linens with what appeared to be bodily fluid stains
* No WC cover in the bathroom
* Used amenities placed back in the room, covered in dust
* Broken and damaged furniture
* Overall lack of cleanliness and hygiene, to the point that I felt physically sick

When I contacted reception and requested to speak with a manager, I was told that I would need to come down to the reception myself. This response made me feel that there was no respect for guests or seriousness toward such a severe complaint.

Despite raising my concerns, no immediate action was taken. At the end of the day, my room was changed to Room 206. Unfortunately, I encountered the same hygiene and maintenance issues in the new room as well.

This entire experience demonstrated a complete lack of cleanliness, professionalism, hospitality, and basic guest care. The conditions I encountered are unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one operating in the UAE hospitality market.

Due to the severe discomfort, distress, and unacceptable standards during my stay, I am formally requesting a **full refund** of my booking amount. I also expect this matter to be investigated seriously to ensure that no other guests are subjected to similar conditions.

Please treat this complaint with urgency and respond at your earliest convenience regarding the refund process.

- We book for 4 person,but in the room it was just 3 bed and the room was not that much clean,washroom condition was worse and there were no towels , Not at all The receptionist who spoke with us was behaving in a rude way,she was shouting like anything to us that's not the right way and then she called the manager ,when he came that time this issue finished, so so bad attitude of her
