Wow! Im more than amazed by how the staffs here accommodated me and my family. If I can give more than 5stars for their service then I would! They literally everyday bring me my orders to my room with a very friendly face. No need to come down and get my orders/deliveries they do it for you! And the cleaning staffs are are great aswell plus you can use their washing machine for free in the 11th floor...

The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station, and there's a bus terminal just outside. The rooms are a bit small. The beds in the twin room were tiny, making it seem like a family suite had been partitioned. There's another Mercure hotel right next door, which caused some confusion during check-in. The hotel is very close to Gold Street.

The location is super convenient, just a one-minute walk from Union Station's Exit 3. However, check-in was really slow; we waited over half an hour. The room was a bit small, but overall it was great. It's within walking distance of the Gold Souk and the old town.

We arrived early, but they allowed us to check in early as a special favor. The hotel, room manager, and staff were all wonderful, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Been many hotel but Grand ambassador and thier staff hospitality won the hearts. All of the staff were too good, Specially Mr. Abhay frok reservations was too helpful and very professional. Mr. Raju from Mayur was too friendly, Grand ambassador is in my favorite list now. On the top.

We worship here every Sabbath as seventh day-Adventist church in Ajman UAE. The hall is not that big it's enough for us considering the members who lives in this Emirates. The hotel management are so good to us and it's a great place to visit also when you are in Ajman.

Our experience in the front desk with Haifa was very unimpressive.she was not at all pleasant and had no eagerness to assist us.We were very irritated with the hospitality shown by her. Great experience! The standard room was clean, cleaned daily, and towels were changed regularly. The staff was very friendly. The only major downside was the Wi-Fi system. To connect to the Wi-Fi, I had to repeatedly forget the network, reconnect, and then go to their website, click on settings, and so on, which was very frustrating.

Breakfast was an additional 50 AED, which was great value for money. The room was standard. The location is relatively close to the Grand Mosque. It's very convenient to get a taxi from the hotel, as there's always a row of taxis waiting right outside the entrance.

It is a nice hotel to stay in Sharjah for fe days but this hotel is expensive for their service and the rooms. Their bed covers, quilts and pillows are very dirty.

The metro takes some time to reach by foot (~20min), but all major attractions are quite close if you use Careem (local Uber), which is about twice as cheap as Uber in Australia...

I lived with my family recently and the overall experience was not satisfactory. Even though we have good staffs like Tanveer, Muhammad and Saida. We have a receptionist lady who lacks customer service. She needs to be trained on how to talk to customers. We were supposed to check out at 1200pm. The hotel provides good service, but there is a lack of maintenance in the rooms and washrooms, it feels more like a lodge. The washrooms are not in good condition, with stains on the floors, and it seems like there has been no maintenance for years. Overall, the location is good and the food was very tasty. Good localization, close to Union Metro station. Very nice sir at the desk (tall, slim one), always smiling and very helpful. Rooms definitely needs some refreshing touch. Swimming pool should be open also in the evenings (it was closing before the sunset at 5pm), so as we were exploring the neighborhood and came back in the evening we never had the oportunity to use it.

Cleaning and room accessories not good

Great location near in central Deira near metro station, large shopping mall and a lot of restaurants and cafes. Also, there was a nice night market The hotel is a bit old and it shows. Most of the furniture shows a lot of wear and tear. Also I saw a few roaches here and there. Daily cleaning includes changing sheets and towels...but carpet still remains dusty and dirty. Breakfast is nothing special...
