Grand Continent Hotel in Dubai

My experience was not short of terrible, tea cup in the room used by the previous guest was left unwashed for me to use, the receptionist approach was nothing short of embarrassing, I ordered for a bottle of black lebbel and I was given red label. The hotel is just not worth lodging at all

From the very beginning, I felt very unprofessional staff member who doesn't even know the proper location to guide for first-time guests. Called more than 5 times to reach the location and didn't find the room as requested, which was non-smoking. It was almost late evening, and the Front Desk staff was JISNU. Communication was curt, unfriendly, and unprofessional, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Simply saying if you don't like the room, you can cancel, sir, so surprised!
During breakfast, another human being named by Moti Lal came from a different universe and introduced himself on the call, saying from BRAZIL with a fake accent. He was pretending that he came from a different planet with a different story of himself for breakfast.
Hospitality should be about making guests feel at ease, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude did the opposite. A stay that should have been relaxing turned into a frustrating experience.
Somehow at C/O the girl SUZAN was trying to say sorry that's it.
The story is finished. Hope the fantastic management will read and hope to work out for improvement.

You can’t sleep here because of noise, no free parking, staff at reception are very good
