This hotel is in the old town, and while the surrounding area is a bit so-so, the hotel itself has been renovated, which makes it a bit better – at least the shower is decent. It's very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is really close to the airport and has direct subway access, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. Overall, it's definitely worth recommending. The room design is beautiful, and the overall environment is even better with a pool. Breakfast was also delicious.

At 1st I was worried to stay because the hotel has a lot of party bars in the same building and I thought there will be lots of noises. We stayed for 11 days here and all really went well. Thanks for accommodating my requests. Everything was pleasant from the reception, to the housekeeping and everything! We would definitely comeback here!

The hotel is located in a good area accessible not far from the metro station of Al rigga, bus stop and taxi. The pictures are exactly what is posted and the prices are really affordable. Recently stayed at the Dubai Palm hotel and it was alright. Rooms were average. The location was centralized and was walking distance to the MRT station. Budget friendly and has many restaurants as you step out for a quick bite.

The Hotel must change the bath tub, its too old I booked a double room with my wife only to be given two single beds that were joined together.

The hotel is very old and worn, and it doesn’t feel hygienic. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent, I could hear bathroom noises from the neighboring room through the ventilation shaft as if they were in my own room. Still, it’s acceptable for a few days if the price is low, especially if you use earplugs. I was also able to check in early, and the staff is very nice.

This is budget friendly hotel value for money, just if you are OK with the BurDubai traffic inside the small lanes, service of the hotel is little bit delayed, you need to remind them 2-3 times for any requirement, breakfast was ok with lot of items ranging from Asian to Western. For a family of three, we were given one large and one smaller bed. The facilities are relatively new, although the water pressure was a bit low, making it difficult to wash my hair.

As a budget hotel, the price during the exhibition was reasonable. It's also close to the subway station, which is convenient, and the room even has a water dispenser, which is a big plus – no need to worry about not having water.

Location is very close to MTR station, but there's noise of regular prayers because of the Muslim region. Not much choice for breakfast, very very basic.

The hotel is excellent and the soundproofing is very good, which makes the stay comfortable and quiet. The only suggestion I have is that during check-out, it would be helpful if housekeeping could quickly check the room in case a guest forgot something.
