Honestly, my stay was disappointing for the price. You’re overcharged for what you get, there’s zero flexibility with late checkout, and the room wasn’t very clean. No basic amenities were provided, and there was no air conditioning in the unit I stayed in, so it was pretty hot the whole time. I’d rate this as a one-star hotel, maybe two at most. I wanted to give a budget place a chance, but this was well below budget standards for the price. You can definitely find better hotels nearby. On top of that, the manager (zaynab) was confrontational and not willing to work with you on any issues.

The hotel is in perfect location within walking distance from the Gold Souq. Great for people who want to live within the Gold Souq for shopping. The hotel itself is not the greatest but enough for a nice quick stay due to its great location.

It was so hot in the room and towel was not good. I opened the fridge and there were left over food that was so stinky that I have to call them to take them out. No one will clean the room. I will never recommended to anyone. Very disappointed 😪

We spent almost two weeks at this hotel and I must say everything was excellent. and we absolutely loved the entire experience we had at this hotel. the location of the hotel is the best, the service is excellent, great customer service, we would like to express my thanks and appreciation for all the services and care we received at Golden Star Hotel in Dubai.
Thank you for the hospitality during our vacation.
I highly recommend this hotel very convenient and located very closed most important places.

One of the great things about the hotel is its location at the heart of the Gold Souk. I felt very comfortable staying at the hotel. The customer service were also good. Overall I was satisfied with my stay at Golden Star Hotel.

Honestly do not waste your money here. The quality for the amount your paying is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely disgusting

The hotel was a star but I'm wondering how they got this star. The room smelled,the sheets were dirty and also the floor the windows were filthy.
Impolite staff and worked extremely slow. The bathroom was so grows that i felt cleaner without a shower.
I would definitely recommend you to book another hotel , even if you have to pay a bit more.

I LIVED IN THESE HOTEL FOR FOUR WEEKS AND I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND A FRIEND BECAUSE IT IS ON THE MAIN ROAD AND EASY TO FIND. IT IS CLEAN, IT HAS GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION, EXCELLENT SERVICE.AND BUDGETING PRICE. IT ALSO HAS RESTAURANT WHEREBY YOU CAN ORDER FOOD AND DELIVERED TO YOUR ROOM.
