Adagio Jumeirah Village Triangle in Dubai

I purchased day passes for myself and my three children, planning to spend a nice afternoon at the hotel’s pools. Unfortunately, the “family pool” was so cold it was unusable — completely unsuitable for swimming or even staying in the water for a few minutes. The “adults pool,” on the other hand, had perfectly warm water, but the staff refused to let us use it, even though there was nobody in it and despite multiple polite requests to the managers.
The lack of flexibility and basic customer care was shocking. Rules are one thing, but applying them blindly when facilities are not properly maintained makes no sense. During previous visits earlier this year, we had been allowed to use both pools without issue, so this inconsistent and rigid treatment was especially frustrating.
Our family trip ended with three disappointed children and wasted time and money. A hotel of this level should know better how to handle such situations and treat guests with basic respect and common sense.

The worst experience overall. I have stayed in this hotel since 2022 and everytime I come it becomes worse. The staff are not cooperative. The rooms are no longer clean and the bathrooms smell very bad. The furniture is damaged. The service is too slow when you check in upto asking for anything through the phone. It is not worth the money at all.

This is will be a normal day during your stay here.
Simply you will pay money and then you will never relax.
Rather than this maintenance, the fire alarm can freak you out at 9 AM.
They’re aiming for a high occupancy while they have a big maintenance in plan which reflects the careless and poor management toward their guests!!

The worst hotel in dubai I can't enter my room before 90 minutes they can't give me a room key cause they are interesting with themselves enjoying their times room is different than their photos rubbish and they offering another hotel room . And when I go there there is no other room and they not want to cancel my room
