We also really appreciated the new addition of The Pantry — such a lovely touch! The tea, coffee, and snacks are delicious and make it easy to grab something light in between a busy schedule.

Whether the staff at the front office, in the restaurant, bellman or leadership level, each person is kind and goes beyond expectations with a genuine smile on their face.
Two housekeeping staff that really stand out are Mohamed and Abdullah. I stay in hotels all year long and majority 5 star hotels and the service here, if you are willing to receive it, equals and exceeds many hotels. It really feels like being home versus a hotel.
