Citadines Metro Central Dubai in Dubai

I stayed at this hotel from October 19th to October 27th, 2025. It's in a great location, 300 meters from the metro, with various cafes and shops within 300-500 meters. The hotel looks nice, but the rooms aren't exactly new, but overall, it's okay. We were initially checked into room 707, dropped off our bags, and went for a walk. We returned 3-4 hours later to find water leaking from the air conditioner vents, flooding the entire kitchen. We went to reception, and they immediately upgraded us to room 111. It was a nice, cozy room, but it turned out to have a catch. Between 4 and 5 a.m., the fire alarm went off, keeping us awake. We went back to reception, and they listened to us and said it was happening all over Dubai. "Sorry," they said, "We'll fix it." We waited four days for our problem to be resolved. We told them every day, a technician came, looked, and left. On the fifth day, they replaced the fire alarm, and we finally got a good night's sleep. We're not picky people, and I wouldn't be writing this review if it weren't for one thing: they left a T-shirt behind in the first room, despite all the running around. After they replaced it in the second room, I couldn't figure out where my T-shirt was, thinking maybe I'd forgotten it at home. I returned home and realized I'd left it in room 707, and none of the staff even mentioned it!
